Ed was working across the street and we needed a plumber due to inspection done for sale of our home. I called the # on his truck and he came over as soon as he was done...no appointment! He's great, friendly, didn't charge us extra for last minute service or anything!

Lucas performed a multitude of plumbing services and the quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. His attitude and demeanor was professional and all work agreed on and performed met all our expectations. They kept all areas clean and protected when working. I highly recommend this family business for all plumbing needs.

Fantastic service. I hate trying to find a dependable plumber service out of the blue. Chris at Team Plumbing was recommended to me, and didn't disappoint. He was prompt, responsive, made the repair quickly, and didn't overcharge. He cares about the customer, not just about making a buck. Highly recommended for his experience and service.

Had a large portion of my fence fall over during a wind storm and was very worried due to having dogs in the house. Within days my fence was repaired and good as new. I called received a quick quote and the a few days later the job was done in a few hours. The quality of work is great, the new portion of fence blends in well with the old fence and looks very sturdy.

These are good guys. Quick, honest, and reliable.

Came out to repair a leaky valve which required a new 1 inch piece of copper pipe. Installed a pvc water line from main water line to refrigerator ice maker. Invoice from day one inspection and fixing copper pipe was $96 dollars less than what I ended up paying when they came back to finish the job by installing the water line. Told me that parts adjusted the cost even though all parts were known about the day of the original estimate. Didn’t get a very good answer when I asked why the cost was so different between the two invoices. This company has affordable in their name but I feel that they ripped me off. I do not recommend the use of this plumbing company.

After the recent hail storm that hit Fountain, everyone in our neighborhood needed repairs in one form or another. Our pressure vacuum breaker was damaged. After being stood up by a different plumbing company, I couldn’t take anymore time off of work than I already had. That company refused to accommodate my work schedule by coming out after 5; so I cancelled them. On my way into work I saw Crade’s C&M Plumbing van parked out in front of a neighbor’s house, so I gave him a call. Cradle was very pleasant to work with and you can tell how much here cares about taking care of his customers. He was upfront about pricing, very flexible in his schedule, and reassured me multiple times that if I found something wrong with the work he had done, that he would be happy to follow up. Not that a follow up was needed, as his work seems to be impeccable so far. After conversing with Crade a bit, I found out that he’s been in the plumbing business for more than 15 years; a lot of experience. C&M is not a big business, just small time trying to make a name for itself. I can personally vouch that his work, work ethic, and customer satisfaction will not disappoint.

The Alphalete Team was amazing. My water heater died and they were on site within hours, assessed the work to be done, provided a very reasonable quote and replaced the next morning, on a weekend. They had a ton of extra work to do because the dedicated venting system had to be replaced. They did it all quickly and cleaned up like it never even happened. Very impressed them. I will be a repeat customer.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Sam came out to diagnose our air conditioning. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything and got the electrician set up quickly so we could safely move forward in the work that needed to be done.
