deserving of 5 stars...and more! Using Leo's has been the best option we could have chosen... We heard of them word of mouth and are so grateful to have heard of (and used) their services! Hats off to Brandon who initially DXed our sewer service line problem, going so far as to show me the issue via camera and recommended solution. Leo's was very attentive to the fact that we were in a time crunch/schedule to get work done--they did their best to accommodate!!!! When Aaron, Greg and Nacho came to implement the work to be done, they were thorough, hard-working, courteous & timely! They made sure we were clear on work needing to be done (a plus when sometimes you wonder how?/where?/when?/why? work is being done!). They also followed up by re-camera'ing the line to make sure all was complete and problem solved! Totally amazed at how WELL they cleaned up/restored yard--it was as tho' they'd never been there (but I knew they had been because I'd seen the huge hole they'd had to excavate!!!)!!!! So appreciated their contacts/work with 811 locators in timely manner as well! They have our business and highest recommendations from now on! Sometimes when you work with people/companies, you wonder if you've done the right thing... With Leo's...you HAVE! Kudos to Leo's!!!!

Wrong information provided to technician, who then showed up unprepared. I called about my blower motor in my roof mounted central AC unit vibrating and smelling like it was burning. The technician showed up without a ladder, wanting to look at my mini-split. I told him what was really going on and he said he had to get his supervisor to come over because he is a compressor tech, not a blower tech. The supervisor arrived, without a ladder, and wanted to look at my mini-split. After finally looking at the unit they said it needs a new blower motor and if they can find one it would cost $1,700. First - Yes, I know it needs a new blower motor, that's why I called. Second - how can you supply a quote of $1,700 if you don't even know if you can find the part?Had to get another company out to look at the unit. They had a new motor installed in 3 days for $850.Second time I have attempted to use One Source and it has been an epic fail - will not be calling again.Refund issued for $119 dispatch/diagnosis.

Dwayne was phenomenal and took on the job late in the night. He arrived on time and within a hour of me calling. He was very kind and polite, quoted me a fair price, and was in and out within a half hour.

Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. Reesa was in constant communication which kept me in the loop at all times. She is obviously a dedicated and accountable employee . Nick, the actual plumber, was also dedicated and personable and went above and beyond his duties in deducing the problem and effecting fantastic repairs in an efficient and timely manner. Nothing but high kudos for the entire operation from beginning to end. Use this business!

Installed AC system. Unfortunately system did not start. Service came out same day and pinpointed the problem (bad relay). He ordered a replacement circuit board at cost. Installed it next week with a new thermostat. Very professional, friendly. Would highly recommend

What a friggin guy. Mark is above and beyond on all levels. He kept going and working on our problem, when I believe others would have tried to rip up our floor and sure enough he got it done! He gave us a straight forward price range and did not try to badger us in the slightest to get any extra (much needed) work done. We needed help running new gas lines to the kitchen and laundry room of a recently purchased home. Kevin and the team at Comfort by Design smashed the work with such professionalism and quality that even the city inspectors were praising them to me. I look forward to working with them again! Had a few issues getting the water heater back up and running...but overall very happy with the work.

They came out and saw that the plumbing problem we had was not actually a plumbing problem and they were very kind not to charge for the quick visit. We will call them again when we have an actual plumbing problem!
