Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Well let me start here, some of you might understand living in a big complex & maintenance have their hands full, Our head maintenance Ed needed assistance on the issue so he called out your team & it was AMAZING, BRIAN was Fabulous, very Professional, very Friendly & most of all very Knowledgeable. Brain fixed the issue in Amazing time & cleaned the work area, when he finished that... he went about & beyond by showing me the gas shut off valves & not only that he even checked my O2 Sensor & even Explained to me how that worked. Great job BRAIN...

I have used Caliber for years for my own home as well as referring them to my customers, they always do a fantastic job, the only one you need to call!

Walter and Brian were on time, professional, personable, had the knowledge to do the job very that well. I would definitely use Alphalete Plumbing and Heat again.

I had 3 appointments schedule with Around the Clock. The first I had to cancel because they were an hour past the 2 hour appointment window and it was going on 7pm. The second appointment the technician actually made it within the allotted appointment window, but left my sink leaking with very little explanation except for your faucet needs to be replaced. On my third and final appointment I received a call that Owen was running late and they would call when he was on his way. 2 hours after my scheduled 2 hour appointment window I called and cancelled my appointment and refused to work with Around the Clock. I was also offered a 5% discount on my first call but that was never honored.

I had high expectations for this company and was highly disappointed. I understand emergencies happen, but I chose the first appointment of the day for a reason. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to Around the Clock.

Excellent experience! Great communication before the appointment and the technician was immensely friendly and informative. Price was exactly what was agreed upon and the whole experience felt comfortable and easy.UPDATE: We have had an additional tech out to service our central AC unit and the experience was once again impressive. He walked us carefully through our options and was sure we agreed upon what work was to be done before it was done. Another excellent experience.
