Tony and his team were very professional today. From accommodating our schedule as best they could to installing a couple items we didn’t know they were going to, but are very appreciative they did, we are very satisfied with our service today. They were as quiet as they could be and we didn’t find them disruptive at all. We will definitely be recommending Smith in the future to anyone who asks.

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.

Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was kind and explained everything very clearly. I especially appreciated the fact that he listened to everything I was telling him and then making sure my questions were answered! It was a great experience!

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

They manage to get work done, but not always completely. They checked my propane tank outside my house but didn't re-light the pilot light on my water heater before they left. Ended up having to go out and do it in the middle of the night when the water refused to warm up.

I would 120% recommend using Caliber Services. Derek was the technician that came out to our home to do the work on our sprinkler pipe that runs from the inside of the house to the outside backflow.
Derek was easy to talk to and had no issues answering any question that my wife and I had. He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I was free to meet up soon than our appointment time and quickly repaired the issue at hand.

I think anyone who gets Derek will be blessed at the amazing work that he brings to the site.

When it comes to all your plumbing and heating theirs no better people to call then Diego and his Alphalete team. Nothing but Top notch service and professionalism and you won’t be disappointed in the price either.

I've been waiting weeks and weeks for a refund on a charge they charged me twice for equalling over 200 bucks. Now the number is disconnected? I've wrote a complaint with the better business Bureau

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I have to say that your response time was awesome and customer service is top notch. You are one of the few companies that actually deliver what they promise and then some at a reasonable price. It was refreshing dealing with such professionalism.

Had a blocked line full of grease from kitchen sink. Daniel cleaned it quickly and then asked to fill the remaining chargeable hour if we needed any other P traps checked and cleaned. Most guys just complete the project and leave. Was really impressed. I am an architect and General Contractor and have seen many subcontractors in my day. Greatly impressed and pleased

I had a water pipe rupture coming off the washing machine. They had an after hours appt available, and Brian texted me about 6 hrs before the appt time to see if I was available. He diagnosed the leak easily and quickly, and performed the repair for less than I expected. He was professional and friendly, I will certainly use this business again if needed.

John was friendly and professional. We felt comfortable with him in our home. Gave a detailed review with photos and informed us of concerns.
