The technician and team on the phone were both very nice and informative on the phone and in person.I needed my water heater permitted and the PVC replaced and a few other things on the water heater replaced. They quoted 4,000 dollars higher than the two other quotes I received. The markup for the work they were going to do was insane and disrespectful to their possible customers. Make sure to get multiple quotes is all I have to say.

My hot water stopped working on a Friday late afternoon. I called around for a reasonable plumber and was recommended to call Western Peak Plumbing.
By this time it's almost 5pm and I called to explain my situation. They immediately checked to see if a tech was available, and Marvin came right over ready to help. Excellent work. I had a leaky toilet, water pressure to our tub had decreased, and a sink that needed replaced. 1st off, the communicated after the appointment was set was fantastic. I was surprised at how much of a priority they made my job seem. The install and replacement of the sink and toilet was done expertly and in a timely manner. Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

Genuinely terrible service. My family just paid $15,000 on June 9th to have a new furnace and central air system installed (a very coincidental number now that I have read more reviews) and this equipment has never worked right. We have had a dozen or so appointments scheduled, half of which have been rescheduled or canceled altogether, and the problem persists. We had one technician recommend replacement of the compressor unit and then One Source decided to have a second pair of eyes look at the compressor and they decided not to replace it but rather to add a half pound of refrigerant to the system. Another technician came to look the very next week and added yet another half pound of refrigerant and now the system cant even keep up with the heat. It runs all day long, if it decides to work at all. We went with the highest bidder (almost double what the runner-up quote was) just so we could avoid these kinds or problems, now we have decided to have the system removed for a refund and I can't get anybody to call me back. I'm seriously concerned that we will have to seek legal help in order to get a refund. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for HVAC service if you want properly running equipment and decent customer service. My 11 month old daughter is not happy about her 80 degree house when the thermostat is set to 71.

Decent service depending on the plumber, terrible communication from the office, I was not warned or properly marked of a water main when they had turned it off to a large building

Had Jeremy out here 3 days ago with an estimate on time. I was to be first on the next days list due to the issue. I call the next day nope they can't come out to jet my clients pipes due to weather. I was told I would get a ETA of them coming out the 2nd day. Nope then I get all this hoopla with another were gonna keep an eye on the weather. We will call to keep you up dated either way. Well its the 3rd day and I had to call this am to find out NOTHING and I'm still waiting! !

Was my 2nd consult on a furnace repair or replacement. Provided a most efficient system plus humidifier at half the cost of a similar system from another company! Scheduled 2 days for install, but the team completed it in one day. Mike and Brian were professional, efficient and friendly. The office staff was fast and responsive to my questions. What an awesome outfit this is. I own a home in Old Farm after being unexpectedly plunked in a wheelchair when a foot surgery went bad I was out in front of my house pushing my lawn mower (yes pushing my lawn mower) when a WIRE NUT service truck passed by.
