Best Air Conditioning Installation in Colorado Springs CO

I recently had Affordable Plumbing and Heat to my house to fix a clogged sink drain. The technician came in and used a snake to clean out the line. Although the original individual I spoke to on the phone told me the service qualified for a rate of $149, the technician told me it was going to be $175. After a little discussion, he agreed to honor the rate I was told on the phone, which I appreciated. After cleaning the line, we ran some water down the drain and it seemed to be working at the time. My wife and I had been very busy that week and we didn't get around to using the kitchen sink until 2 days later. While rinsing dishes, before putting them in the dishwasher, the sink again started to back up. I called Affordable Plumbing and Heat to let them know that what they did didn't fix the problem. I got handed around several times to a project manager then someone higher up on the chain. While talking to both of these guys, I was informed that the technician had recommended that they water jet the line in order to completely finish the job. The technician never mentioned this to me, I would have remembered a discussion on an additional $199, nor was this additional service ever discussed as something they thought I would need to do when I first called them. They said that I should have known about this recommendation since it was on the invoice. Of course I didn't get a hardcopy invoice, but was sent one via email. I'm not clear as to how I was supposed to know about this additional recommended service through an invoice I received after the service was complete and the technician gone. Now they want the additional $199 in addition to the original $149 to clean out the line. They did offer to not recharge me $149 to re-clean out the line before they jetted it for $199 nor an additional $50 trip charge. They considered this as if they were doing me a favor not charging me to redo some work they did just 2 days prior that didn't fix the job. I guess I should have considered myself lucky to not repay for poor work. I am not complaining about the price since I haven't researched what other companies would charge and these maybe reasonable. My complaint is that these guys seem to operate much like many of the carpet cleaning services around town. They tell you one thing, then of course, when they get there it is going to cost much more. They told me that jetting a kitchen line is usually what they need to do to fix that problem. I just wish they would have been up front and told me this before I wrote the check for the initial cleaning. It is only fair to let the customer know at the start what the total cost could be to do a complete service so that the customer can make an informed choice as to who best to do the service and at what price. I've been a home owner for 30 years and would recommend almost all the companies I have had work on my houses, but I would not recommend this company. They are not interested in keeping a customer happy and their business practices leave much to be desired. This is a competitive market and there are way too many other companies that can provide this service, I recommend choosing one of them instead.

I had what I thought was a leak in my basement but could not find where it was coming from so I called on the experts. Jerry came out and found a leak at the shower head of my guest room and repaired it for me. He was quite professional and very kind! Unfortunately the problem persisted and I called again. This time Marvin came out and found that our drain in the laundry room was backing up. This wasn't happening the last time I called, and I'm very thankful for both of them! They made it out very quickly and have gotten me set up to get the septic drain scoped to determine the main cause of the issues. As a first time homeowner and this being the first time handling these situations I couldn't be more thankful to have a reliable and trustworthy company to call on! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needed plumbing services, even if I hope I don't need to call again! Although they will be my first call if I do!

Technician Marion came to do our A/C Tune-Up, she's been here before, and is always professional and courteous. She even takes interest in our critters. :) She explained why it is important to occasionally hose down the outside A/C unit to get dirt out of it. Thank you.

I had a great experience with HVAC Solutions. This is the nicest company you could deal with. Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Super friendly, professional, well organized and very clean. I was very impressed how fast they got the job done.
Also, the price was very reasonable.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! He was very professional and experienced as he called ahead of time and was familiar with my local city codes. He provided me a reasonable quote onsite after we discussed the scope of work and did everything he could to help save us money. One Source is truly a professional and responsive service provider we highly recommend them!

Do not recommend. I will spare the details. I strongly suggest that you choose another business to help you. Especially when it’s an emergency.

Just had both places heaters done and one AC unit that me and my wife own. Fantastic Job done by the person today. Did his work and checks and then was on his way with a great attitude. Will use again next year. for sure

Called around and they had the best prices on snaking my sewer drain. They came out on time and did a great job! Would recommend to others.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Had Mark come out and did a service check. He was professional, knowledgeable and broke down the terms someone who is not in HVAC could understand. He ran all the tests and provided all the information. I will be using Confort by design again and specifically requesting Mark and his expertise.

Brandon was thorough in his work and clean up and he inquired if there was anything further I needed assistance with prior to his departure. Brandon E went above and beyond to make his service call everything I expect for A1 ratted service. I will use again and will recommend Flow Right to others based on this experience.

Put in a shut off valve for dishwasher install.

Amber came out and did a furnace tune up. He was very professional and had a lot of good maintenance recommendations as to how to keep our furnace and furnace humidifier running more efficiently. He was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job! I would use WireNut again.
