We had a furnace replaced back in November 2020 and we decided to add a central air unit to the house. Unfortunately, due to the weather at the time, they couldn’t complete the central air installation. Fast forward, today they were able to complete the installation and they sent Cory K to handle the job. Cory was very kind and patient especially when it came to answering our questions. Very informative, experienced and most of all, passionate for what he does. Awesome customer service! Thank you for making us feel good with the service you provided.

Guy was here for an hour,had to get a transformer....charged me for the time to get it and charged 75 for a 35 dollar part. I dont trust them.

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Today Steve and Nate came to my house to check my water heater. Their professional skills are impressive. Especially Steve, he explained everything in the detail to describe what was my heater’s problem and what was the cause. He later gave me a very competitive price on all the options he can provide. I would strongly recommend people to use One Source and if you got Steve and Nate to come to your house, you are even more lucky

I highly recommend this company! They recently put in a new furnace and AC for me, and the experience, from beginning to end, was truly first rate. The first contact I had with them was, of course, on the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman I talked to was friendly, professional and made what we should expect quite clear. (I wish I had remembered to get her name, so I could mention her here.) For the estimate (which is free), Tim Parkey came. He explained my options clearly and concisely - I knew just what to expect. We set up the appointments for the two days required for the work. A crane to get the unit to my roof, and an electrician, were needed, so he set that all up for us as well. The guys (Kade and Brennan) that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant and very good at their jobs, Both days, they arrived right when they said they would. Now really, having contractors make promises and not show up is SO common, that it's become a standard expectation for most of us. Not these guys! They keep their promises! The work is beautiful. True craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased. And the electrician and crane company they set up for us were excellent and kept their schedules as promised as well. So Parkey's has done their homework when it comes to the people they use. The whole operation was smooth as silk.

From the commencement of my interaction with Caliber Services, the service has truly been impeccable. Not only were they able to respond to my emergency promptly, they were very communicative about all of my options moving forward. Gabe is very knowledgeable and has a lot of years of experience which is evident in speaking with him. Never have I had any service at my home where they left it cleaner than when they found it. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the crew. I will use and recommend Caliber always! They provide professional, efficient, and quality work. Gabe really goes above and beyond what is expected of him or what is required to get the job done. As for the remainder of the staff I’ve interacted with, I can say the same in that they are extremely friendly, responsive and professional. Most importantly, they are trustworthy which is convenient for the visits that I could not be present for. I have 2 giant German shepherds that Gabe also had to wrestle without any complaint whatsoever. The guys are meticulous and attention to detail. I had a sink backup into one of my apartments, the response time was amazingly fast and the service terriffic. We got the drain cleaned out and rescheduled for some more in depth repair work. Scott was polite, clean, professional, fast and VERY AFFORDABLE. I will not hesitate to call them whenever I have plumming issues.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Jeremy W and Anthony G came in on time and did a great job. They put drop clothes down and cleaned up when they were done. Great communication skills. Showed us how to use our new air conditioner and even worked well with my curious cats that kept getting in the way.

Feelin' the love for @FlowRightPuebloCO and Joe A.! After almost a week with no AC and temps in the upper 80s and 90s, Joe came out today to take care of us. I thought we had a capacitor problem, but Joe tracked it down to our furry four-legged cohabitants and their mouse nest shorting out the wires in our unit!! Happy to report we're now cooling down nicely. We love Flow Right and use them for our heating and AC needs.
