I have been a customer of Affordable Plumbing for years. I have always trusted the technicians and their professional service. I was especially impressed by Dakota Glover. He provided friendly and clear information about my plumbing problem. And fixed it!

Got out to the house right away for a plumbing emergency in the middle of a family crisis.

I called Smiths today after receiving several other estimates or just not getting any follow through from other companies. I was met with warmth and great customer service as they were able to get a technician to come and do a same day estimate in Pueblo. The technician was very polite and thorough in his estimate. There were things he went over that I wasn't made aware of with other companies. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would have had to do my own research and work in regards to obtaining a permit for the work that is necessary with installation and was delighted to learn Smiths takes care of every last detail. The technician worked with our needs and Smiths gave us a very fair and competitive price for top of the line equipment and services, making it by far the best estimate that we have received amongst several small and large scale companies. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for prompt, professional and fairly priced services.

12 years ago we selected HVAC Solutions to install our AC unit in our newly constructed home. I was concerned I didn't go with the builder on the AC unit but the price through the builder was exorbitant. We financed the unit through a third party that HVAC Solutions sales person brought to the table and our terms were 1 year same as cash. We paid off the unit in a year and there were NO fees or interest. Fantastic financing package. The install by the HVAC Solutions team along with the electrician they contracted with had the unit in and running in under 4 hours. Wow, and not a sloppy job at all. Very uptight install and completed cleaned up after themselves (no wire snipping in the rocks outside or sloppy work in the circuit breaker board). The unit has worked great without an issue for 10 years. After making the mistake last year of having another company come out and service the unit, we had an issue with a new board installed and less than a year later it was out again. We called HVAC Solutions this time and Sean came out and diagnosed the problem, the reason for the problem, went over the overall health of our furnace, blower and AC unit, and fixed our problem at a great price. Thanks HVAC SOLUTIONS. We will recommend you 7 days a week and twice on Sundays.

Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

Very unreliable. Paid the one time membership to covered multi years. Based on the below hassle, I request to to cancel n refund with prorate. And their response is FLAT NO. And yet, they spend all the time justifying why they miss the appt. They even try to blame on me for them missing their own appt. Will file BBB for investigation.Company cancel and rescheduled the appt without my approval twice. Called them on the 2nd appt 3times and they indicated the following:1. On their way and ETA 50min2. Tech has not been dispatched3. Tech was at door n left.Note: never ring the doorbellNote: person on phone spend all their time on defensive mode and argue. Last statement was becuz too cold today.

Really professional and great work

I had 3 appointments schedule with Around the Clock. The first I had to cancel because they were an hour past the 2 hour appointment window and it was going on 7pm. The second appointment the technician actually made it within the allotted appointment window, but left my sink leaking with very little explanation except for your faucet needs to be replaced. On my third and final appointment I received a call that Owen was running late and they would call when he was on his way. 2 hours after my scheduled 2 hour appointment window I called and cancelled my appointment and refused to work with Around the Clock. I was also offered a 5% discount on my first call but that was never honored.

I had high expectations for this company and was highly disappointed. I understand emergencies happen, but I chose the first appointment of the day for a reason. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to Around the Clock.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Scott, the Owner and his team are AWESOME! This morning I noticed my furnace wasn't running, I texted Scott and in 5 minutes I had a call from his off and him letting me know a technician would be here to take a look! I had this company install my new furnace, air conditioning and tankless water heater this summer and I am so pleased with their professionalism and dedication to EXCELLENT work and customer care!

Ralph and Kyle fixed our tankless water heater and showed us how to keep it running with proper maintenance. Having recently moved into our home, we knew something wasn't right with the water heater, but our attempts at fixing it were unsuccessful. Ralph and Kyle explained the system's operation to us and how to know when it is time for home Owner's maintenance. We are so thankful for their help and education! We will call Flow Right whenever we need help!

Quick and professional. He showed us the equipment he was using and explained the tests as we watched. We were impressed with how everything went and even signed a service agreement. We felt happy with the entire experience.As part of the service agreement, they came by and checked our electrical system, tightened wires in the fuse box, checked outlets and light switches. they showed where we had a few problems and are now in the process of getting them fixed.
