The technician arrived early after calling ahead to get approval. Courteous and went right to work on my furnace. Diagnosed the problem quickly and located the replacement parts quickly enough. Part was an older model and took awhile to find and was a little bit more expensive than I’d hoped but it’s still worth the trouble and price.

Honest and professional. I have been quoted by a different plumber a ridiculous price for a bigger problem that wasn’t exist. Western peak repaired my water heater in less than an hour for reasonable price.

ave us several options for cost and explained everything in detail. While doing the work, he proved every theory while doing the work. Once he was finished he cleaned the area. Angel is very professional and fast.

We have used HVAC Solutions for our annual inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system since moving here 11 years ago. This year it was time to get a new heating system, and later in the summer when we could afford it, get A/C installed as well. Jason came to our home, looked at our existing system, took measurements and gave us our options promptly. They performed the install on time for both units. Both units also require an outside inspection post install, and the inspector had minor issues that needed addressing; they scheduled dates to perform these repairs very promptly and the follow-up inspection was approved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Had Jeremy out here 3 days ago with an estimate on time. I was to be first on the next days list due to the issue. I call the next day nope they can't come out to jet my clients pipes due to weather. I was told I would get a ETA of them coming out the 2nd day. Nope then I get all this hoopla with another were gonna keep an eye on the weather. We will call to keep you up dated either way. Well its the 3rd day and I had to call this am to find out NOTHING and I'm still waiting! !

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Scott, the Owner and his team are AWESOME! This morning I noticed my furnace wasn't running, I texted Scott and in 5 minutes I had a call from his off and him letting me know a technician would be here to take a look! I had this company install my new furnace, air conditioning and tankless water heater this summer and I am so pleased with their professionalism and dedication to EXCELLENT work and customer care!
