Great experience, explained everything really well and were really nice very helpful.

Came out Monday to fix one thing, discovered something else. These guys are so awesome! - due to an inconvenience they perceived, they tried to reduce my bill by half.

Had carl come out to visit. Quick and efficient work ethic. Very smart, but absolute terrible customer service. Ripped the invoice out of my hand started heavy breathing and this look in his eye like he was gonna get physical. All because I asked if they had a 1.5 hour minimum or if they charged for driving time. Just trying to find out how they priced because I couldn't find it on there website. Overall not a pleasant experience, because this is my home and yeah. Still have three stars because he came out at 6 at night.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

After his first visit I knew I'd be using Mike and his team for all my plumbing and heating needs. He told me what upgrades I could do and the benefits, but was very open about how I didn't need to do those things if I didn't want to. I used Comfort by Design to fix an issue with the furnace at a rental property. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were able to get the repair done quickly and on time. I talked to the technician prior to starting work, and again after he was done. I was also able to pay the invoice online. The entire process was very easy. I will likely use them for my personal residence too.

Severe weather caused frozen pipe to crack. First plumber I called post-poned 3 times so called Flow Right. Wish I would have called them first! Jennifer was extremely helpful getting me an appointment asap and went above and beyond to do so. Then, Brandon showed up on time, was very courteous and followed Covid guidelines. My repair required 2 different part runs ( the first noticable crack then a hidden one). Brandon kept me informed every step of the way, including cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on how to avoid issue in the future. Definitely will use Flow Right again!

Bullseye plumbing is the best! This company has totally refreshed my faith in humanity by showing there are still companies out there who do a great job, are very friendly and reasonable too. Get this...they are not pushy and don't try to oversell, either. They are so empathetic about situations, too, and go the extra mile to try to get technicians out right away. I love this company and will never call any other plumber.

Jonathan (J4!) is a great technician. He knows his stuff and also took the time to explain my system to me and answer all my questions. He communicated his arrival (actually was able to make it ahead of schedule) well, and was quite meticulous in his work…even with me bugging him to answer questions all the time. Would definitely recommend him to others.

These guys did an awesome job of replacing my water heater. So, I thought, why not hire them to replace 5 toilets in our home and do some other small plumbing projects. They came to look at what we had and said they’d send an estimate, but we never heard from them again, even after I called and emailed them multiple time. In the end, we hired another company. It was a nearly $5,000 project and they left that on the table. If you have a small job, they might be able to get it done, but if it takes longer than 2 hours I think they’re just too small.
