James, my technician from Smith, Plumbing Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, was professional, personable, and 100% genuine and, as such, is well deserving of a five star rating. He provided me with a quote for the installation of a new HVAC roof vent (to replace my aging, weather damaged vent) and inspected the vent line for any water damage (which fortunately I did not have). James was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and passed along good tips during the inspection that I, as a first-time homeowner, appreciated. For example, explaining his inspection of my aging water heater and telling me what signs to look for so that I’ll know when it is time to start thinking about a replacement. I went ahead and scheduled the new roof vent installation with Smith for next week and, given my overwhelmingly positive interaction with James today, I’m confident that entrusting Smith with HVAC work on my house was a good decision.

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

After accepting an employment offer, my 15 year old felony kept me from attaining said job AFTER offering job. 👎

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

Terrible communication skills and no follow up on services. Purchased a new A/C unit along with a 1 year member service for maintenance on 8/30/19. On 9/9/20 called to ask about getting the A/C unit serviced since we already paid for the 1 year service. Was informed they longer service the Littleton Area. Was asked for the Manager to call us to try and either get them to service the unit or get our money back for the paid service they did not provide. After 2 weeks of no phone call, we contacted them through their website and sent an email. It is now 10/5/20 and still have not heard back from them.

I called, made an appointment. The day came, the appointment time came and went. They didn't show, they didn't call. I called another company.

Update; I finally bought a new Lennox a/c and furnace, at a good price. The sale by Tim, without any pressure to increase cost, (he actually told me which units not to pay extra for), and the awesome and exceptional teamwork of Jordan/Tom was very professional, yet down to earth with honesty. They taught me a lot I did not know, and were fast to install, yet maintained accuracy. It took them less than a day, because I had moved furniture before their arrival. Before they left, they asked me if I had any questions. I’ll specifically ask for them to return again if I need anything. Fast, honest, and trusted teamwork, and cleaned all of the trash before leaving.Last week I called several Hvac companies from coupons I had for inspections. One company didn’t answer, another company was rude, one was a corporate hold “I’m third in line”, one had discounts with no exact cost. When I called Parkey’s, I got Lela, a very pleasing employee that really wanted my business. I told her I was still going to call others, but changed my mind and called her back. A company that cares, a company highly rated, and one that is a family business for 60 years. I had a timely appointment with Tim, communicated well, on time, nice guy, no pressure, gave me lots of education on what I had and what I needed. He arrived wearing lots of protection, stayed long, got my money’s worth. My 22 year old furnace and a/c tested ok, marginally. He gave me many options on brands, prices, financing, etc, actually suggested me replacing with a mid range cost, not the most expensive. I’m 100% on calling them whenever I’m ready. Our family has used them twice within 2 months for 2 different homes! Courteous, prompt, super friendly service (by phone and in-person). REASONABLE PRICES! The Alphalete Team was amazing. My water heater died and they were on site within hours, assessed the work to be done, provided a very reasonable quote and replaced the next morning, on a weekend. They had a ton of extra work to do because the dedicated venting system had to be replaced. They did it all quickly and cleaned up like it never even happened. Very impressed them. I will be a repeat customer.

I have a rental house in Colorado Springs that had the sewer backup on Sunday morning. It was all cleaned out and done by Sunday noon at a very fair price. I was happy. Then he called back the next day to say the last guy broke a piece on the roof of my house. This was true. And he wanted to go back and fix it for free so no one thought that he would leave work behind like that. Way beyond my expectations. I would recommend to anyone. He made me a better businessman by his example. Thanks

Great company!

Can’t keep appointment times and do not value anyones time. It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for a quote. First guy to come out could give me a quote without the electrician’s estimate. 2 weeks pass and I call asking for the quote only to get told the electrician still needed to come. Electrician scheduled to come out yesterday at 0800. 0840 no call, no show so I call the office only to be told they had a meeting in the shop that ran long and he would be leaving soon but still take over 30 mins. I am not retired and can’t continue to take off work for an estimate but that seems to be lost on the company as you are only their time! Poor communication! Guess it is time to go with a different company.

I recieved service on 9/21 after calling about a clogged drain. I mentioned a power wash and was advised the plumber would assess and proceed with the best option. I was then called at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment to pick whether I wanted a power wash so that plumber could be sent. In a woken from sleep daze I agreed to the power wash. The man arrived, did his work and then muttered it was on the disposal side. I asked if he could fix that. He said yes. Those were the only words he said to me before handing me the phone to make payment. He left muddy wet footprints all over, paper towels everywhere and didn't actually fix the problem. I have standing water in my sink right this moment. When I have tried to call, the operator couldn't hear me and hung up. I am so displeased. I understand the company has been dealing with Covid issues but I was asked to assess my own plumbing and was then charged for an expensive service I didn't need and will have to call another plumber to fix the actual issue.
