Best Sewer Replacement in Cleveland OH

From the first call to H. Jack's, to the time the job was completed, we definitely picked the right company for the job. All of the employees, from the ones who came to do the estimate, the ones I talked to on the phone, to the ones who performed the work were all extremely professional, courteous, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Before deciding on H. Jack's, we got 4 different estimates from different companies for a rather large job inside our house.
Because our work spanned multiple days and a weekend, they kept us informed of their progress, showed us what they were doing throughout the job, and when they were expecting to be done.
This was an inside project, but the area they were working in was always cleaned up before they left and made safe for us, our kids, and our pets, to be around. They put down runners over the carpeted areas and swept and even wiped the concrete floors with rags to remove any dirt and mud mess they made before they left each day!
I'd definitely recommend H. Jack's to my friends and family, and if I ever have another issue they can fix, I'll definitely call them again for an estimate.

... I will offer you $225 refund and that would be contingent on you signing a document...final offer.....my attorney refuses to allow us to be extorted especially when we have picutures (sic) sign authorization documents etx to back up our work n charge agreed upon AHEAD OF TIME
I am only doing this as one time courtesy to you in sake of local customer service as I live there as well ..

An update on a previous post:
It is always a pleasure to do business with companies that have integrity. Unfortunately Strongsville Plumbing is not one of those companies. After having reached an agreement in December, Strongsville Plumbing has opted to breach their contract. If you are looking for a company that honors their word, go elsewhere.

Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. I had two difficult plumbing issues to address and he was able to complete the repairs with no problems. I highly recommend his services!

The staff is always very kind from the first phone call through the end of service repair. Great customer service skills. Prompt service.

Tim is awesome he installed 3 Shampoo bowls for my salon and it was a challenge but he came through with the solution. He was very professional and answered all questions and got the job done in 1 day

No return call for my first attempt to hire them for an emergency in my basement after 2 days

Received very quick service. Reasonably priced.

They saved the day for me last night. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and kind on the phone, Adam came out sooner than the time he quoted me and replaced our sump pump quickly. He was very professional and very down to earth. He helped find a restoration company and by the end of job we shared some laughs like we were good friends. Highly recommend them. Amazing group of people.
