Absolutely fabulous company. My furnace would not turn on and it was getting cold outside. Every other company had a wait of 1-2 weeks. Hjacks came out next day. Richard was awesome, he explained everything to me very well. I ended up getting an awesome deal on a new furnace, AC, and hot water tank! Richard went above and beyond with the job he did. Everything was cleaned up like he hadnt even been here! I couldnt say enough good things! I highly recommend this company!

Ryan was an amazing worker. He was efficient, and professional. He made me aware of a possible issue that may need attention in the future and a possible concern with a pipe today. He handled it. The initial visit for the quote was very thorough and the representative listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and asked appropriate questions of me. I got my quote about half an hour later electronically and in an organized way with lots of notes and details included. Later when I was ready to schedule, I called back and the process was easy, fast, and thorough. The window of time that I was given for the contractors to show up was a HALF HOUR WINDOW as opposed to a vague half day window that other contractors tend to give, and they arrived on time. The work was estimated to take most of the day and was done in a little over three hours. The contractors involved me in the process anytime they had questions about my preferences and the work was done very well and everyone was completely professional. Wyatt Works will be my first choice from now on for gas and water line work. Very happy customer.Update: I have since contracted WyattWorks again, this time due to an expansive longitudinal crack along the top of the horizontal cast iron pipe leading from our main toilet toward the outside wall of the house. Someone was out the same day to take a look and give us a quote. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. Based on the location of the crack and the adjacent pipes/tees, there was concern that work would have to extend to the nearest vent pipe going up behind our shower wall (which does not have an access panel). We scheduled the work for two days later and they were done within a few hours of arriving. Best of all they were able to successfully remove and replace the offending pipe without needing to cut into our bathroom walls! Thanks very much, WyattWorks!Second update: We've had WyattWorks out one more time, to replace our water heater. The heater was leaking onto the pilot light and putting itself out. We'd known its time was coming since we moved in seven years ago, so we knew we would be wanting to replace it. I mentioned in passing on the phone with the office that we'd need a new one, and she took us seriously. I placed my call on a Saturday when we first noticed the absence of hot water and they had the technician come out on Monday. He had a replacement water tank in his truck already with him! This was excellent, as we were able to get the work done the same time as the quote, rather than have to wait for him to come back with a replacement tank. As always, everyone was a delight to work with, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I am pleased yet again. :)

I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter! The Easter Bunny left his egg shells in our sink by accident and decided to hop away without taking them in his basket. Needless to say ~ it got a little backed up around here. I called Roto-Rooter around 10am Saturday morning and a fella named Red was here in no time. No extra charge for the weekend hrs. Red's services was prompt, informative and above satisfactory! 5 stars for ya, young man! Thank you! And a special thanks for allowing our Golden Retriever Remy to add to the supervision!

My wife called them for an estimate to replace a broken toilet flapper. After the plumber inspected it, he told me that they could not fix the ball flapper, and instead said they'd have to install an entire new toilet for $400, or $200 if we supplied the toilet. Incredulously, I said it defied belief that they could not fix a flapper, and I would NOT have them do the work. Amazingly, the owner of the business called my wife at the end of the day to say that they could, in fact, fix it but needed to borrow the broken flapper to match it at the warehouse. He said he was sorry his plumber said he couldn't fix it. Mind you, this is a simple ball flapper on a metal rod which the first plumber said was beyond repair. What changed? Nothing, other than my response that I didn't believe it was not fixable. I'm certain they've used this scam on others, so my recommendation is to use another plumber.
