Best Water Damage in Cleveland OH

I was looking for a plumbing company that would come and help fix my leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I called a plumber I used before and I never got a return call, and I don't believe in chasing anyone to make money. So, I called another plumbing company and he never called me back. Finally I came across this companies Google reviews with 5 star ratings, and now I see why. They answered the same day and I had an appointment the same day. The owner was very friendly on the phone and asked me if I preferred today or tomorrow. I wanted it to be fixed today and he told me someone would be there around 5 or 6 p.m. I got a text also letting me know that they would be arriving. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. He also went above and beyond driving to Cleveland because the company only services areas out in Parma and other areas. I was truly grateful for that. I decided to have him work on my kitchen sink only. The owner came in accessed the problem fixed it no more leaks. Thank you for showing up and helping us your service was truly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company. They are a bit pricey, but my problem was fixed and all it took was one phone call. Thank you again.

Excellent experience! Our installation required some challenging adaptations to our home’s architecture that took a great deal of time, energy and patience to get right. David, our primary installer, and Gene who joined with hardware and additional expertise were consistently positive, professional, and dedicated to successfully completing the complicated operation.

Same-day response time was very fast on a burst pipe. The plumber who performed the work was helpful beyond just the repair, giving me some good advice as a first-time homeowner.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. Great company! Had our storm drain system clog and was flooding our driveway and garage. They had to dig and replace pipe, which only took one day. All the guys on the job were very polite and great at communicating the problem and what needed to be done. I will call them again if have any plumbing emergencies.

I moved into my home in August, by September I was hearing what appeared to be very strong rattling in my walls when I would flush the toilet and turn on the sink at the same time or when any two items in the house were running water at the same time. I had purchased a home warranty they sent out AAA advance plumbing. Marcellus was professional, thorough and very determined to find the problem. He found the problem came back a week later with the part and fixed the problem. He checked the water pressure coming into the house reset that to 50%. He explained everything he did. I would definitely recommend Marcellus give that man a raise.😊

They came out same day to install Stove shut off valve. Plumber was kind & curious.

Horrible customer service

We had a water service line leak on our property and had received notice from the city to get it repaired within 10 days. Paul, the owner, was incredibly helpful even before we hired VIP Plumbing, and he asked several questions to help him gauge the work to be done and anticipate the city's needs re: permits and inspection, even before the crew came out to perform an estimate. The crew was professional and friendly, and they did a great job with the installation of a new line - keeping as much of the sidewalk and driveway intact as possible to avoid extra costs on our end. They worked a very long day and brought in extra team members so that we didn't have to go overnight without water. We highly recommend VIP Plumbing!
