Best Water Line Fix in Cleveland OH

We needed someone to come take a look at leaky basement pipes ASAP- Five Star got there less than an hour after we called. Very prompt, polite, and quickly found the problem. Had it fixed in no time and was very fair with pricing. Honest company who does great work- definitely recommend and will be using again the next time we have any plumbing needs.

My water tank broke with water pouring through out my living room and hall. I called and a plumber was here in 40 minutes and it was after 5 pm when this happened. He was nice and professional and did a great job getting me a new hot water tank. Great job!

We have used Mayer Plumbing multiple times at both of our homes (for installations and repairs). Most recently we had them come out and move the water hookup for our washer and dryer to be able to use the first floor laundry room. Adam has helped us with every project and is always very friendly and professional. Fair prices and good service keep us coming back. Highly recommend.

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a great job in replacing the kitchen faucet, repairing the sprayer and replacing the toilet flapper. The office did a good job in sheduling and communications. They accomodated our preference in using electronic payment instead of credit card (and the associated credit card fees). We used Venmo. We will hire them again for future plumbing work.

We called Killeen on a referral from a friend. They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain it going forward. They also masked, wore shoe covers, and left the workspace clean. Will definitely call them again!

I had Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical come in and replace my kitchen faucet and my shower head.
The owner came in personally and was quick and efficient! Everything was done fast and clean. He cleaned up after himself and it almost seemed cleaner then when he started. He gave me tips on keeping my new hardware productive.

We called Pompeii's in the morning, and they had a service member at our house within 2 hours. Adam took the time to go over everything with my husband. He did not find anything clogging our pipes, so he suggested we call out city to have them look. After having our city and county come out over the next few days, they referred us back to a plumber to clear a clogged pipe that was hooked into our main pipe. Adam was back at our house the next day, and for no additional charge, he cleaned out our clog, and gave us tips to prevent the backup from happening in the future. He was very informative, respectful, and polite. They worked with us on pricing, and we now have a dependable plumbing company we can call if we need one in the future.

Our basement drain had backed up and left an awful mess. Roto rooter came out the same day we called. Orlando worked his *** off! Said our drain under garage was full of tree roots. Even checked the levels in our septic tank for us. A bit pricey, but of course, it's a nasty job and worth not having to do it yourself. They were prompt and polite. Great job.

The service person was on time. He was very knowledgeable about our situation. He was here for awhile and checked out the problem. He was able to figure out the cause of our water problem. He did not charge us for his time and solution. We had a sump pump put in by another company that we did not need. I wish we would have called ARS Rescue Rooter first. I highly recommend ARS. They will be the first we call next time . John Horsfall Was a tremendous help to us.

My husband and I experienced a plumbing emergency. It turned out to be that the drain/line from our home out to our septic tank became clogged and dirty water and toilet paper came up thru our shower drain and toilet resulting in a flood on the bathroom floor. It was a huge mess! I called a plumber we have used in the past and it was too big a job for them. They gave me the name of a company to call. I explained the situation and over 24 hours later, I am still waiting for that call back. I decided while waiting for that call back, I would try calling Roto Rooter. They relayed our problem to a technician and a technician was at our home within 2 hours of my initial call. Kevin (#5040) was awesome to work with! He was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable! He worked very hard (in the rain and wind) to correct our problem. He was diligent about wearing his shoe covers as to keep too much of outside from coming inside. He explained everything as he went along and that gave us a high level of comfort. We will most definitely use Roto Rooter in the future when we are in need of a plumber (and we will hope they send Kevin)!

There's a lot of plumbing businesses out but this place makes you feel comfortable and confident in their work and advice.
