Best Water Heater And Plumbing in Cleveland OH
Everyone is great here. Spoke with Angel about setting up an appointment and that was smooth. Once they arrived at our house, Al and Chris explained everything and were great. They were courteous, friendly, and informative. Will definitely be coming back if we need them.

Have used them multiple times in past. So when I had another problem pop up they were the first I called. Was able to get me an appointment quick. This time I had Ryan, he’s a nice guy and knows what he’s doing. Had another problem pop up that he was able to attend to right away. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise

I called them Monday to check on my hot water tank that wasn’t heating the water anymore , they sent someone the same day, no complaints on this part…Here’s what the technician wrote on the invoice #11788 :
“Diagnose water heater 50 gal power vent out of warranty ( we’ll anyone could notice that after the sticker)..
Not operating properly, recommend replacement (on what base? was it leaking, what kind of issue he noticed, I think this was only based on the tank being out of warranty)…See proposal (approx $3400😳)…For all this they charged me $169 plus $89 for the service fee,a total of $258…Okay I said let me think about it and I’ll let you know since the $258 would go towards the new tank they kind of force you to use them…Called them back to confirm that I’ll use them but they didn’t called me back until the next day. In the meantime in the evening I plugged in the water tank myself (the technician unplugged it), restarted the hot water tank and SURPRISE! We have hot water ever since…So I don’t really understand the $169 charge (for what was I charged)…I get the service fee but this NO…The only reason I called them was that their number was on the water tankCalled them twice, talked to a lady , she said that the manager will call me back…They never did…Two days already…Unprofessional…Would not recommended to anyone for this kind of job!

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

I originally gave John at Free Flow Plumbing a good review until I went to my rental property and checked his work. He had installed a cleanout on my main, cast iron stack. Right after his work was completed all the toilets connected to that stack above his work, had heavy leaks, none of which were there before. I've been informed, this is a result of when someone cuts into the main stack not supporting it properly, thus creating the whole stack to shift (lower) and loosen the connections of all the toilets/fixtures above.
I requested a meeting with John and he reluctantly showed up, after telling me he wanted to make things right. He then proceeded to tell me that those leaks were there, before he commenced his work and that they were not his fault, which makes no sense because I've owned the property for 15 years and the ceiling and walls connected to those areas would have been wet and/or discolored.
He got very defensive and left quickly, then told me if you aren't satisfied call his lawyer. Not, let me make this right. Being a fellow contractor in the same city as John, for the past 15 years, I have learned over the years that things can go wrong at times, during those times it is an opportunity to shine and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. This isn't the philosophy at Free Flow Plumbing.
Not only were his rates are outrageous, the quality of work was beyond poor. He left the job site a mess, leaving the waste pipes, he cut out there at my property, along with dirt he tracked throughout the home. He had to cut out 2 boards to get access to the area and instead of re-installing them, he just left them on the basement floor. Being a contractor I talk to a lot of plumbers and I mentioned this job to them and it was a consensus that John consistently does poor work, and if there’s ever an issue he will leave you high and dry and direct you to his lawyer. Stay away from this company! I cannot stress this enough.
