I called them Monday to check on my hot water tank that wasn’t heating the water anymore , they sent someone the same day, no complaints on this part…Here’s what the technician wrote on the invoice #11788 :
“Diagnose water heater 50 gal power vent out of warranty ( we’ll anyone could notice that after the sticker)..
Not operating properly, recommend replacement (on what base? was it leaking,what kind of issue he noticed, I think this was only based on the tank being out of warranty)…See proposal (approx $3400😳)…For all this they charged me $169 plus $89 for the service fee,a total of $258…Okay I said let me think about it and I’ll let you know since the $258 would go towards the new tank they kind of force you to use them…Called them back to confirm that I’ll use them but they didn’t called me back until the next day. In the meantime in the evening I plugged in the water tank myself (the technician unplugged it), restarted the hot water tank and SURPRISE! We have hot water ever since…So I don’t really understand the $169 charge (for what was I charged)…I get the service fee but this NO…The only reason I called them was that their number was on the water tankCalled them twice, talked to a lady , she said that the manager will call me back…They never did…Two days already…Unprofessional…Would not recommended to anyone for this kind of job!

1st Choice was here today to fix a toilet drain problem I had. Dan the owner of the company was here this morning on time and wasted no time in getting started. He put down tarps to keep the area clean and was very organized. He replaced the drain pipe reset the toilet, tested for leaks and the job was completed for the agreed price given to me from the day before. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to other customers. Jim Pozone

Free Flow came out the next day to fix our garbage disposal problem, which was appreciated because we were unable to use our kitchen sink. The repairmen were friendly, professional, and punctual and luckily had a new disposal with them to replace our bad one immediately. The whole operation took maybe an hour, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Free Flow to anyone and will definitely call on them again should we have plumbing problems in the future.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.
