The Roto-Rooter plumber was very professional, and the service was excellent. My drain was severely clogged, to the point where even the mechanical auger had trouble with the clog. However, the plumber kept trying long after most other plumbers would have given up, and he was eventually able to fix the problem. I definitely will be calling them again for any future needs.

Fast accurate work... Extremely expensive

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

We recently required the impeccable services of. Neptune. Plumbing what resulted was the installation of a new hot water tank. Fortunately for us we received a most capable, professional, personal employee by the name of Dustin. H. His qualifications could go on but the final result was perfect. An extremely worthwhile employee and is a keeper to your employee. I would like to add how pleasant and. Professional Andrea is to your first contact with. Neptune. Well done on all fronts

I have no issue with the installation. Jason did a good job and was very friendly. My issue is with price of the installation that was set a day prior with an ARS estimator. After taking a look at the old water heater and where it was going to be installed, he handed me basically what was a price guide to their installation cost for different installs. I looked at mine, which was a standard 40 gallon install and my eyeballs almost popped out of my head. I had already purchased the water heater, so minus what I paid for it from their replacement and install cost and I was looking at close to $1500! When I asked him what is included in that cost, he replied rather uncomfortably, a permit, labor and some minor modifications. But the tone in his voice, which didn't sound very genuine, felt sorry for me all of a sudden and told me he would contact his boss to see what he could do. A real setup to make the customer feel euphoric when he comes back with a better deal. Like dealing for a car with a slick salesman. He even made sure I could hear his conversation outside by putting it on speaker phone. He then came back in my house and announced $925. Still an outrageous charge for just 2 hours of work. I was stuck, though, having not had hot water for three days, so I accepted the installation charge begrudgingly. He and his boss, in my opinion, were just playing the sales pitch actors. Lesson to be learned here: seek a second opinion if it all possible. And I can't recommend you have your installation done by ARS.

The Technician Bryan arrived with in 2 1/2 hours which was faster than originally expected. Promptly repaired my clogged drain pipe, reassembled pipes that I removed. He fully tested the operation of the drain and explained what he had found and corrected. Cleaned up after himself. Gave advice on preventing further problems along with proprietary treatment products assistance. We then completed the bill and the manager offered at no charge internal video inspection of the problem area of the drain that was scheduled for the following week. Very good job!

Great service! I use them mostly for my office, for the occasional leaky pipe and such, and they're always fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they're willing to come out to the East Side.
I did need to call them for an issue I was having in my home once. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining, and the clog wasn't in the immediate plumbing under the sink (I had already checked). Turns out the clog was in the main that runs from the kitchen through the basement into the ground. The pipe itself was very old and rusted, and the plumber was able to remove the old pipe, install a new one, and re-cement it in to the basement floor - all that same night he was called out. I believe the charge to my landlord was only a couple hundred dollars, which seemed really low considering the amount of work that was involved and the speed with which is was completed :-)

James handled a broken toilet drain pipe in an old house with extreme professionalism from start to finish. On time, courteous, considerate, very knowledgeable. And, the job came in under estimate. These guys have just become my go to.
