Best System Maintenance And Cleaning in Cleveland OH

My furnace stopped working on New Year's Eve and family had just driven into Cleveland from out of state. Thank goodness for HJack's. They arrived within an hour of my calling and got the heat running in 30 minutes. Thanks to HJack's, our 2016 has been warm and toasty!

All I can say is that from start to finish the job went perfectly. I made the stupid mistake of trying to snake a relatives drain and ended up getting the snake caught under the basement floor. I scheduled with Mike and Justin arrived on time in the window timeframe I was quoted. The job didn’t go quite as smoothly as I had hoped, due to the nature of the problem, but Justin’s persistence paid off and he was able to unstick the snake avoiding the costly job of tearing up the basement floor. I learned my lesson and will no longer be a DIY drain cleaner, that will be North Ohio Sewer and Drains job. Thank you guys!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. I called them on a Monday about my bathroom sinks faucet and they told possibly today but probably tomorrow so I sat around all day on Tuesday and no one ever showed even though when I called around 2:10 they said they'd have someone freed up soon. When the clock hit 5PM I gave up. I'd used them previously and they were good but the last few times they just wasted my time.

This is by far the best company in Northeast Ohio. I am not new to owning a home and have been through my fair share of services. I have a high level of expectation for both a company and their employees. I do not accept subpar performances by either. The staff is more than accomodating to any emergency/unique situation. They are knowledgeable and work very quickly to provide exactly what you need. Their pricing is more than fair and their quality of work exceeds my expectations. Every single technician that has been in my home has done the most exceptional work. I have had an R.O. System installed as well as 2 filter changes, a sump pump replaced, and a major gas leak repaired. The extensive amount of work on my home has been overwhelming and having their compassion makes all of the difference. Both my husband and I have each been alone with them while work was being done and are more than comfortable with any them in our home taking good care of us. Any person home alone having work done should be 100% safe at all times. I do NOT write recommendations for ANY company that has sent questionable people to my home.
Bill spent an entire day here in the freezing cold to fix our gas leak and stayed with us to make sure we were ok until our gas company confirmed they would turn our heat back on. He made himself available to us that evening in case of an emergency. He called me the next morning and made sure we were ok. I highly recommend Pompeii to everyone. Quality people doing quality work.

Marco saved us thousands and we are so thankful! He found the drain for our washer that had been covered for at least two years. My husband and I have been emptying buckets of laundry water and now we don't have to! Marco and his technician were very polite and answered all questions we had. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for future pluming & drain service.

My A/C got back to me immediately and came out next day. The tech and his colleague came on time and were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done. They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.

The plumbers were proficient, prompt, thorough, and even cleaned up afterward. Our satisfaction with the work conducted was more than enough!

My kitchen ceiling starting dripping water through the drywall. Greg #0142 and Jake opened up the ceiling, found the leaking copper pipe, and replaced the damaged section. Both were very courteous and professional, and kept me updated and informed of my options each step of the way.
