This morning I got a call from the owner. He said in an authoritative command that I am being disruptive to his business and people as I called for two consecutive nights. The owner John called just to tell me this that as a customer I should not be calling in the middle of the night disregarding the fact that his crew failed to fix a problem even after visiting twice. Neither for once did he apologize for failing to fix the issue instead claimed that I should not have called at night because employees rest and enjoy their family lives! John reminded me that he has five star ratings. I would like to disappoint John and give him a 1. Not sure why he boasts of his ratings when he does not have the minimum knowledge of how to handle a customer who is already not satisfied. I am also not sure what gives him the surity that he will maintain the 5 stars. I believe John and his crew will change their attitude if we, the customers, make part payment, and wait 72 hours to see if the problem persists. I am certain John's behavior and attitude will change big time. He will not have the audacity to shout about his star ratings. Ridiculous are these business owners who can afford to be discourteous to a customer who has made payment in full.

Ed was absolutely great. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and even took the time to explain plumbing concepts to me. He was extremely professional and took pride in his work. Can't recommend enough!

I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! Thank you for doing what you do and the team you have!

Made an appt last week for their HVAC tech to look at my mom's thermostat. Appt was for today 8-9am. I took a half day off work, drove 45 minutes to be at her house at 8 AM, only for the tech to not show up. I called at 9 & was told he was running late. I called again at 10 & was told that I was his next stop. at 10:30, they called to tell me he had a flat tire & hadn't been in yet today.

I wasted a half day of PTO and a 90 minute round trip on them. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. It's one thing to have an issue come up, but it's how you handle it. They could have called to let me know, or even been honest in my first two calls in.

I had Pompeii come to my home to repair a plumbing leak in the kitchen and to install a new faucet. Adam, the technician, was courteous and prompt. Very pleased with the service and cost. We have used Pompeii before and we will be using them in the future.

We were having difficulty with our toilet draining and Jermaine came out. What a nice man! He explained everything and answered all our questions.

The plumbers were proficient, prompt, thorough, and even cleaned up afterward. Our satisfaction with the work conducted was more than enough!

Called for service appointment and was pleased that Ted (#1700) arrived the same day within the two hour window as promised. He assessed the problem, provided us with a quote. My husband and I were more than satisfied with the effort Ted put forth to locate and remove blockage in the lines. Everyone from the dispatcher to the service personnel were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-rooter to anyone for plumbing services.

This was the best customer service i’ve ever had. The Tech quickly assess the problem made recommendations and unclog the toilet so me and my family could flush it. Also they were here within an hour. Highly highly recommend.

We had AAA Advanced plumbing come over to fix our kitchen faucet. This was through our home warranty. Our faucet was from Moen and the home warranty would replace it with a cheaper brand. The technician Steve insisted on having it repaired with parts from Moen and they got it ordered from Moen. It took close to 2 months for Moen to ship the parts but it was totally worth the wait. They could have easily closed the service by getting a cheaper replacement through home warranty! Would like to thank Jonathan and Steve from AAA for their thorough professionalism and going above and beyond for giving us an excellent customer experience.

Alex from NEO Plumbing did an outstanding job when we called him to come out and look at our leaking bathtub. He was very professional and did an excellent job of repairing our issue. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
