An appointment was prompty scheduled for the following morning, and the plumber arrived at 9 am sharp. He promptly replaced the kitchen faucet and some pipes underneath that started to rust which I didn't even think about, and even a basket strainer. And a few other things that went wrong.

The plumber was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and used own supplies throughout. The reason I mention this is because another company used my bucket and grabbed a towel from the rack without my knowledge. It's true that sometimes you get what you pay for. The prices of North Ohio Sewer & Drain were reasonable. I am very satisfied with the services by North Ohio Sewer and Drain, will not hesitate to hire them again should the need arises, and highly recommend to anyone.

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a great job in replacing the kitchen faucet, repairing the sprayer and replacing the toilet flapper. The office did a good job in sheduling and communications. They accomodated our preference in using electronic payment instead of credit card (and the associated credit card fees). We used Venmo. We will hire them again for future plumbing work.

We were referred to Killeen 12 years ago by the contractor who replaced our gas line from the street to the house that we had just moved into. We have used them ever since, but when we were getting quotes on our leaking soil stack in the basement they were unavailable to come out for more than a week. In the meantime we received 5 other quotes; 3 of these were $1500-1600. Killeen declined to give a quote until the wall was opened. We chose them because they had the most conservative strategy for cutting into the kitchen wall - working above the wainscoting, as long as the leak wasn’t found to be higher up. All was dry above the kitchen and the job went beautifully! Only portions of the pipe had been updated to PVC, and our leak was in a vertical seam of the old cast iron. Patrick and Joe made a precise estimation of where to cut the wall and were able to do the entire job through that 14x31-inch opening. They finished in about 90 minutes and our total bill was only $363! Looks like we’ve been using the right company all along. Killeen really knows their stuff!

Found this company on Google and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. The AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC Company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!

Everyone was great. The problem was bigger than we expected to be, needed our whole clean out replaced. John was upfront and honest about everything. And was fair with pricing. Always answers calls and text and any questions we had. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs and referral friends and family to them.

Steven was fantastic with fixing my drain, and completed the job in a timely manner. He had two ways of completing the job, and allowed me to make the decision as to how to fix my problem. The first attempt of fixing it by snaking the pipe didn't work, which he had stated before we attempted that option may not work. His second solution to the problem was to cut and add a Y piece to my main drain in the basement, not only is my drain fixed, but now I also have a way of taking care of my drain in the future.
