Jamal Btiebet, is a very, very good professional technician. When he came to the door of my home, he smiled and introduced himself. He then explained the process and told me that I would have options when he access the project's that I needed done. As he check out my project's he then gave me 4 options and went over all 4 and I chose the option that was best for me. Jamal, was so very kind. He listen to my thoughts and concerns and help me through every step. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Jamal was great and I am very happy with the work that he did for me today. I would love to have Jamal come back and finish some other projects that I have. I think Jamal deserves a raise. I am very pleased with him. From beginning to the end Jamal was phenomenal. Had a clogged sewer line (yuck) Was so happy that the company was able to send someone out. Jason came and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. he did an excellent job in opening
the line .
He was very considerate about my home and cleaned up. Couldnt even tell he was there. Would recommend them 😊
