We have dealt with H. Jacks for at least 8 years. They were prompt in getting our proposal and fast in getting the work completed. They even came out when we saw a minor problem and fixed it immediately. (It was not even H. Jacks fault) Friendly service guys and very experienced. Love having this company around

Charlotte, NC(2020) Updating from a recent (2nd) service visit. They were responsive, on time and did a great job correcting a bad plumbing job. I trust their work and highly recommend.(2019) Techs were courteous, explained everything in detail, and provided options for what was critical, versus what could wait. They scheduled time to do a whole day job within a couple of days.

We had a sewage back-up in our basement and called North Ohio Sewer & Drain and they were responsive and out within the day. They handled the back-up as well as diagnosed the problem. Mike was both efficient and informative.

Shaker Heights Plumbing came out to hook up our new dishwasher, and the water line for our new refrigerator. They arrived when they said they would, and their plumber was very courteous, and professional. Their service was a very affordable price as well. I would recommend using this company.

Great business excellent job and quick great employees

Ron came out and was very thorough! explained in detail every thing he was doing and wasn't doing and why. I felt very comfortable with the whole process from scheduling the appointment the the final invoice. We have them scheduled for the AC tune up in the spring and will have them back out next fall for the furnace tune up again. If you're looking for a HVAC company, look no further.

EDIT: We've had 3 different appointments for them to service the AC unit...each time they've called to reschedule. I feel like they're stealing from me since I paid for the service last year during the furnace tune up. I will update this if I hear anything back from them, good or bad.

EDIT 2.0: after having the appointment canceled and rescheduled 3 times I asked to have the money spent on the yearly maintenance program refunded. 15 minutes later they called and Ron was on his way to service the AC unit! He is the reason we may use them again. I’m just amazed at how poorly they handled the schedule. One time I can absolutely understand but three times is disrespectful.

I lost my husband 2 years ago, this flooding was a very catastrophic event for me Because he always took care of these things. Drake Savage was the service tech who responded to my off hour call. He came and assessed the situation, called his supervisor, Jason Charles, and they were very responsive & respectful of my very emotional state. They guided me through the process and though I couldn’t get financing they were very patient while I lined up funding. Then, Drake Savage spent the next 3 days-Saturday, Sunday, Monday-excavating, repairing, cleaning up an old and broken sewerage pipe. He was patient, explained everything as he went and worked with my brother-in-law to make sure I understood everything. He was a work horse, performing very manual, heavy labor alone. He also called and set up for the water restoration consult. He even remembered it was my birthday on Monday after having heard it only once on Saturday! He is a phenomenal young man. I almost didn’t call Roto Rooter because I was afraid the company was too big and would do only fair work. Drake made me so grateful for having called your company. He is an asset and if all your service techs are like him then it’s no surprise your company has been around as long as it has been. Thank you Drake, Jason, John (water restoration) and thank you Roto Rooter, I’ll never use any other company!!

Cleveland Plumbing Guy is truly professional and know their stuff. They were honest and gave me the right advice for unclogging the drain. They suggested installing a more accessible cleanout and offered to do it at reasonable price. I have hired them to perform this task. I like how professional they are with an attitude to delight the customer. I hope to use them for all plumbing issues in the future. The owner is personally involved in making sure that he is providing the right solution to address the needs.
