Best Residential Service in Cleveland OH

They did a good job. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the didn't do the job right the 1st time. They had to come back the next day and fix a leak from the water heater they replaced. Not to mention they're a little expensive.

I was able to get a plumbing repair appt rather quickly. I was relieved because it affected my laundry room. The office and technicians involved were courteous, polite and thorough. I could not have been happier that they were able to resolve the issue that day.

Totally amazed by Kamran at Five Star Plumbing! He came out the same day I called him and by that afternoon, my sinks were both in working order. Honest, trustworthy and extremely capable, I plan to call him for all my future plumbing needs.

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!
