Fast and friendly staff . Had a sewer back up in basement came out the next day to snake the drain found out I needed to have my sewer line replaced. So I had to Schedule to have that repalce the same guys that come out the frist time was also the same guys to come do the sewer line replace so they knew what was going on.

I highly recommend Five Star, prompt service at a fair and reasonable price. I had a few small plumbing issues that they were able to take care of easily but the main reason I had called them was the slow draining tub that was becoming problematic. They came back out the second day because this job would take a bit longer to complete, they removed large sections of old pipe that were mostly closed up due to metal build up. They replaced them with PVC pipe and my tube runs like it should...fast!

They always look at other issues should I have them and answer any questions I may have, and of course the give excel advice. I can't say enough about their service....excellent!

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!

I have used K & S multiple times and have always been very happy with the services I have received. Their customer service has been very helpful when I have called and they’ve been able to schedule someone to come out in a reasonable amount of time. Sean has been extremely professional when he has come out for the issues I’ve had, and I would recommend K & S to others.

Edward was wonderful to work with! He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He installed a waterline in our kitchen and was great at walking us through the process. Scheduling was quick and easy and the reminders were helpful. We would absolutely use them again!We had such a great experience with Edward we had home come back again to help hook up our new fridge. They were in and out on a faucet replacement in under an hour and it was beautiful! Pipes and everything, I expected it to take all afternoon and it was only one guy! As many stars as I can possibly give, excellent!

We had Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing install a new bathroom sink, toilet, shower head, and faucets. Their plumber was prompt, and courteous. The upgraded bathroom looks great, he did a nice job all the way around. The cost was good, and I would recommend their services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations.
