We had a new toilet installed on 11.13.18. The technician was polite, quiet and neat. He explained the costs, completed the paperwork and installed our new toilet in less than 2 hours. Our water heater failed and leaked all over our basement. While other companies couldn’t come out for days to weeks, Pompeii had their technician, Chris come out the next day when I called that morning after the leak (no emergency charge) . He was up front, knowledgeable, respectful, and let me choose what I thought was best for our situation with no pressure to upsell equipment if I didn’t see fit. The fact that we only had to go 24hrs without hot water is a win. I’d certainly recommend the technician and company for your needs.
