Dan completed multiple repairs at our home. Most were typical minor plumbing repairs but one was a large, unusual sewer repair. He completed all of the jobs quickly, competently, and at a fair price. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions. Our sewer repair required additional expertise and Dan knew exactly who to contact, arranged everything, worked with and supervised the entire process. We are very pleased with all the work he completed and will definitely call on him in the future.

He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly get my furnace running again until he could get the needed part. He ordered the part as promised and followed up promptly. The Plumbers were amazing! They came out and walked through our new home to go over our inspection report and helped us determine what needed to be fixed. They replaced our water heater and in that process figured out we had a gas leak. We were able to get centerpoint out to fix that. On top of all that, the home we're renting had a water main leak outside and they were able to come over after a full days work at our new home to fix the leak and replace the broken shut-off valve. I am so very impressed with these gentlemen! Thank you!!

Kyle is a true professional. He called me with an ETA and said he was downstairs earlier than he had predicted. The removal and disposal of the garbage disposal were labor intense and time-consuming, yet never once did he any indication that he was tired, frustrated, or overwhelmed. Each time that he needed to go back to his van for a part or a tool, he notified me android what he was bringing up and why. It was impressive how he laid the parts and pieces of the pipes out as if they were a giant jig saw puzzle. I checked in on him from time to time, and he answered all of my questions patiently and used terms I could understand without talking down to me. I appreciated that. What I appreciated the most was his clean-up. In my opinion, he went above, and beyond cleaning up, so nothing was left behind. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that I have a year's warranty on the parts. I'll have to find a new home for the bucket that lived under my sink, catching the leaking water for months. I am a satisfied customer.I will recommend your company to neighbors, co-workers, family, and friends. Kyle did such a good job that I doubt that I will need a plumber here again. I had a leak in my basement for almost 2 years. I called a plumbing company to look at it and the plumber proceeded to break the leaking pipe resulting in water in my basement . The next day, I called H.Jack’s and told them my issue and what the previous plumber did. They came out that day, replaced my old pipe, and charged less than what the previous plumber estimated. Their idea to fix the pipe was more strategic and helpful than the previous plumber and I haven’t had a single drip since they resolved my problem. I plan to replace all of the piping in my house eventually and I want and trust H.Jack’s to do the work. Their team is skilled, respectful, and quick! I highly recommend!
