I called, they answered! They delivered a brand new energy efficient hot water tank within 24 hours. The receptionist had no issues answering all of my questions and easing my mind about the entire process. The plumber that came out wore a mask, explained what he needed to do, and got it done within two hours with no mess. Great company!

The downpour that came April 19, 2017 hit us hard. We had 2 drains in our house back up. We contacted them via email from their site like it said to. I selected it was an emergency and explained my problem. They never got back to us. My business went elsewhere. My mother also used these guys a few weeks ago. They tried to get her to buy 30 grand worth of crap. Another plumber came in and did it at a quarter of the price. These guys suck. Will never be contacting them again and have advised my family and friends to stay away from these guys.

Ryan H. came out to determine the problem. He has excellent people skills, that seem very genuine--not scripted. He did not try to look around for other needs, but spent the entire time addressing my concerns. He used a camera to carefully inspected the footers and checked all the outside drainage away from the house, and clearly told me what he recommended. He itemized the costs of jetting all accessible storm drains and the installation of dry wells at the end of two drains, that over time were partially filled with water and mud due being in low spots on the edge of the woods. He came out with Pete, who also was friendly and eager to explain what was happening, as they worked to remove the blockage from a long area of pipe. It appears to have been blocked by dry, hardened mud for a period of years, as I did not suspect due to a dry basement floor. I would call WyattWorks again, especially for major plumbing needs, because they have knowledgeable, courteous and friendly people. I will be calling next year to have them check the footers of my house, as I plan to sanitize and paint the basement this winter.

Mike came out and did a great job finding our problem and fixing it. He was professional, friendly, and kept us updated frequently as to what was happening, what needed to happen, and how much it would cost. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

**Added 9/13/2021 Mike came out with another gentleman whose name I didn't get. They worked quickly, constantly updated me on progress and exactly what was being done and why. We feel absolutely comfortable with the work Mike has done for us in the past. You won't find a plumber who is more honest, skilled, and hardworking. I'll hire him every time I need any more plumbing work.

We called Killeen on a referral from a friend. They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain it going forward. They also masked, wore shoe covers, and left the workspace clean. Will definitely call them again!

My technician Larry was very professional and did a great job. I have used this company for years and they have always done excellent work.

Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. If you have a toilet under a banjo countertop, call Neptune and ask for Scott.

I was very happy with the service I received.the technicians were efficient knowledgeable and went over and beyond my expectations. The problems were resolved in a timely manner and the restoration crew did a great job in clean-up and sanitizing. I would definitely refer Roto-Rooter for any backups and restoration.

This is the second time that I've used Approved Plumbing. The latest visit was to fix a toilet that was leaking into the basement. The toilet always rocked slightly from side to side and finally lost its seal. My son had tried to fix it but was unable to. The subfloor had started to rot and the flanges needed to be raised. Total job time was about three hours and the toilet has never been so secure. I watched the job process and I know for sure that toilet will never leak again!

The contractor that came out was very nice and knew what he was doing. They're definitely pricey but again he knew what he was doing and he got the job done and they were able to come right away instead of saying that it would be a week or two
