This was my first time using Killeen Plumbing and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I contacted them for a sluggish toilet and blocked bathroom drain and although I could have attempted to tackle fixing the issues myself, I wanted an experienced and reputable company to handle the job. I chose Killeen based on a neighbor’s recommendation and I was not disappointed. Their scheduler, Jody, was very professional and notified me on any delays with the repair crew’s arrival time. Both Josh and Randy were exceptional in accessing the plumbing issue and providing complete details on the scope of the repairs. They completed the repairs within a half hour and I am very pleased with their expertise and quality of work. I will definitely be using Killeen for any future plumbing needs.

Tried to schedule an estimate to have work done. The main office is very good to work with. They scheduled an estimate window between 8 am and 9 am and called the night before to confirm. However the individual did not arrive during the designated window. I called the office to inform them that I needed to cancel the appointment - I could not wait past 9 a.m. The individual eventually showed up at 9:30 a.m. - I was already gone by that point. Office personnel were very helpful and polite - but never got a chance to experience their work.

After trying to unclog my shower drain myself and getting nowhere I finally bit the bullet and called in the pros. Rich (#2338) was exactly that- a pro. He came in explained the likely issues, gave me a range of options to fix it and just like that we were on our way to a draining tub. He even gave us advice on some other issues we were having. My wife and I are very satisfied with Roto-Rooter and Rich!

Had a nasty backed up toilet and had to get to work in two hours. Called RotoRooter, and the gentleman (Eric) was there in 45 minutes. Quick, efficient, polite, friendly...everything was terrific. Took care of the problem in no time. I wish all service people were as good. It wasn't cheap, but well worth the cost. It was the first time I've used RotoRooter and, if I can get Eric again, they'll be the first I call next time there's a problem.

Camera work on our footer drain tile and repair of pipe that attaches sump pump to storm drain. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and identified the source of our water leak problem that had many former plumbers stumped for years. His assitant Jimmy too was patient and diligent. Jimmy performed the repair and the leaks have stopped. They addressed the problem with minimally invasive techniques and partnered with us on some portions of teh work (we had to cut open a section of our porch to access the broken pipe and we did this part ourselves under their guidance) We are grateful to Chris and Jimmy for a job well done.

Josh is great. He and his apprentice (Jason) installed a dishwasher. I liked the work they did so much that I booked them for another job minutes after they left. Honest, fair& they don't leave a mess - they clean as they work.
