I highly recommend Five Star, prompt service at a fair and reasonable price. I had a few small plumbing issues that they were able to take care of easily but the main reason I had called them was the slow draining tub that was becoming problematic. They came back out the second day because this job would take a bit longer to complete, they removed large sections of old pipe that were mostly closed up due to metal build up. They replaced them with PVC pipe and my tube runs like it should...fast!

They always look at other issues should I have them and answer any questions I may have, and of course the give excel advice. I can't say enough about their service....excellent!

I had a plumbing emergency that required a same day appointment. Other contractors were giving me dates 3 to even 10 days out, which was astonishing to me since I had water actively flowing out of a pipe in my laundry room. So, I called Killeen. They were here within 2.5 hours of my call. ANDY and ANDREW were professional, kind, respectful & extremely knowledgeable. They not only fixed my problem quickly, but left my laundry room looking like nothing had happened. Price was VERY reasonable! Highly recommend. Will definitely use again! Thank you!

On 4th of July at 7:30pm my sewage line backed up into our basement creating quite a mess (large wad of TP), leaving us without the use of toilets or showers. We have four young kids, so not being able to use toilets or showers was an emergency. After calling several companies with 24 hour service that all said they had no one avail to send out. We called Roto Rooter and the technician Kyeth came out approx 90 minutes later. Kyeth was very nice, professional and fast. Kyeth and Roto Rooter both get an A+ in my book. Pricing was higher then most places, but it was a holiday and you get what you pay for. I am just happy that Roto Rooter was really a 24 hour company as advertised. I will def be passing your name along to anyone in need. Thanks again.

We needed a new garbage disposal for my mom's house they came same day and got a new disposal installed quickly. They were really nice and even took a look at her faucet because they noticed it was leaking and they got that fixed up for her. Timothy and Hayden were very nice and helpful

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy as we noticed a big leak in our kitchen and they responded immediately. Within half hour, our problem was diagnosed and Edmond set to work. Three cheers to the team for the timely assistance.

Mike with VIP plumbing came out for a sink leak and he took care of the issue and he is the nicest, professional plumber I ever dealt with. I highly recommend him!

Our basement started to flood after a bad rain. I called and left a voicemail and within 5 minutes I received a call back (at 10:00pm) to schedule an appointment for first thing the next morning. Both plumbers were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They never tried to upsell me or get me to pay for services I didn’t need. They fixed the issue and were extremely thorough and let us know why we were having water back up and how to maintain the pipes to prevent it in the future. It was a great experience (minus the flooding) I’ll absolutely be using them again.
