Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

NOS&D provided effective and timely response. Justin troubleshot and fixed our HVAC drain issue. He also showed ways to maintain our system to operate smoothly. Job well done....

This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

NE Plumbing helped me on a duplex in Lakewood and installed new plumbing throughout the entire house They were able to get someone in super fast to help us meet our deadline. Additionally, when we had some emergency service calls, they were able to get someone out same day to address the emergency. Great service! Oh, and they installed a heavy duty whole house water filter for me, too. They met our needs and did what they said they would do. Would recommend. 👍

Even on Saturday they came in less than an hour and they handled the drain problem professionally. Very satisfied with their service and their friendliness.

I was so incredibly impressed with my experience with Advanced Plumbing Company. They were amazing from beginning to end. It started with just returning my phone call. Laura was great with talking to me and getting me scheduled with a very quick turnaround. She was personable and nice and easy to work with. She called me, day of, to confirm and let me know that they were slightly behind, but still in the window that they originally committed to.

Then Carl showed up and really impressed me. His level of knowledge around diagnosing and his poise to get into it and get it done was great. He looked at a couple issues I was having and made great recommendations, even taking the opportunity to quiz Steve on what one of the issues was. It was really impressive to watch. You can tell that Carl is a master of his craft. He was personable and I knew what I was paying for before they even started work. He made sure I was satisfied before they left, and made some additional recommendations for us to think about moving forward. I will definitely be using Advanced for all of my future plumbing needs (of which there are a few more to work through).

I had Josh come out to take care of two jobs at my house. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and his costs were very reasonable (actually lower than what I had anticipated!). I will absolutely be using CLE Plumbing again for future needs. Definitely recommend.
