Steve Smylie and his entire team are pan ultimate professionals and they always provide trustworthy and incredible service. In my work, it is important to pay great attention to detail (I am a physician) and Steve and his team have been incredibly wonderful to me as they respectfully check out any detail of possible malfunction with various systems, whenever I have a concern. I am fortunate to have had their teams contracted by me for decades and recently I had some major upgrades to my home with furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water system. Steve personally recommended various products to me and I LOVE ALL of the devices he recommended!! They have been white knights in shining armor any time I have had a real or imagined glitch with any equipment!!! Steve Smylie is a gem of a man. His word is his bond. I called Thursday afternoon for an appointment and we scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. It was nice to receive an email stating when Peter was on his way. He arrived at the scheduled time, he was very polite, friendly, and thorough. Peter was able to clear the drain in a very timely manner! Very happy with the whole process.

They did a job that I had been told was impossible. They were so efficient on time and the job turned out just excellent!!! I can’t believe how fast they did it to perfection. They added an extra bathroom to our house that looks like it was put in the original house.

On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. I was not told about an $85 service call fee to obtain a quote regarding interior waterproofing. They wanted $17845 for an interior system. I went with a well known long time competitor for $7000. Total rip off in my opinion. I’ll never call them again.

He pinpointed the problem quickly, recommended the repair, verified he had the parts to fix, quoted the job, and completed the repair with no problem. We’ve always had very good technicians when we’ve needed Pompeii’s services. This is why we’ve continued to use their services for all our plumbing needs.

I was impressed with the technicians' desire that I go for the best solution for my issue. I am glad that I listened to his advice. I have a system now that is efficient and up to 80% quieter than the old system that was in place.He got me engaged with him in the testing of the system (running water and flushing the toilet). Excellent customer service. Technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and completed the job in less than 2 hours. He made some improvements to the prior installation, which will now allow me to drain the water heater properly when needed. Would highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing Guy.
