Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.

I liked that when Mike ran into unexpected delay ( construction and accident) on the way to my appointment, the scheduler texted me and told me he was running a few minutes late. Very helpful. WyattWorks is a bit on the expensive side but I feel they're worth it.

We had them install a water line and hot water tank. It worked for a less than a week and would not heat up. The tank is lucky to get skin temperature water and they have no solution and do not call back or respond to email or calls. First we had a leak in the tank and they said it was just a pressure valve. Problem so we had it replaced . That ended up costing close to $400 to repair. Then the tank ruptured and flooded the whole room. It took a week to come out and replace the broken one and that one went bad after 3 days. It’s been over 3 weeks with no hot water or solution. They just send tech out and they shake their head and say see how it goes. Wait it may get warm Later an hour or a couple days. It’s not going to fix its own problem. We need a solution not excuses

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

I am not a review writer, however, my experience with Pompeii Plumbing does require a review. OUTSTANDING!
I had a accidental drain pipe leak. I called EVERY plumbing company listed in my area, no one could come out that day or the next (thanksgiving was the following week) I asked for recommendations for a plumber on fb and a friend recommended Pompeii Plumbing. I almost did not call because they are not located locally so I figured why bother. I was desperate for help. To my surprise the dispatcher said that she could have someone out the morning of the next day. But next day came I received a call saying he got tied up and wasn’t able to make it out. I will admit I was extremely disappointed. However, she told me I’d be first on the list Monday morning, someone else was available. On Monday the tech James Carpenter arrived. I can not rave enough about this man. He immediately put me at ease. His demeanor was very approachable and friendly. Professional and patient. Being a first time homeowner of only 5 years his professionalism and patience met a great deal to me. He explained everything that he did and took time to answer my many questions. He accessed the problem but came to a area where I needed an electrician so could not do the repairs that day. James said after the electrical issues was resolved he’d try to come back that evening or definitely the next day. There was a mix up with the dispatcher getting James back out early in the morning but he did arrive that afternoon on time. Doing this gave him a long day because I was almost 2 hours out of the way. I must stress that he could have said no and rescheduled. However, he promised me service so James showed up. He stayed late and he finished the job well passed his normal quitting time. IMPRESSIVE! I have found my plumbing company I will use from now on, I now have a trusted, loyal, patient plumber. James Carpenter is the guy and Pompeii Plumbing Sewer and drain is the company I will use! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.
