Kamran is, without a doubt, the best plumber! He is quick to respond to calls and is very polite. He has been our plumber for a whole year and in that time he has fully renovated 2 bathrooms, installed all of our appliances, and replaced 20 valves in our 1853 year old home. Five Star Plumbing has always made us feel like a priority and we are so thankful! Kamran is the most honest plumber I have ever met and does quality work. Sean ran an underground gas line from our basement to our backyard for a firepit, hooked up the fire pit to the gas line once the patio was poured, and fixed our laundry room trap shoot so it didn’t smell anymore. He was always on time, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and got the job done. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I was refereed to Free Flow Plumbing and called last Friday. Spoke to John who said he would text me. Text never came.

Called back today and spoke to someone in the office. I shared our issue (leak from pipe) and was told that there would be a $125.00 service/diagnostic fee for the issue leak / location that I already shared. I asked if the fee would be credited back to the project and was told no.

If this isn’t the policy of the company then they should educate their employees better - if this is their policy it seems like a rip off.

I would NOT recommend you call upon this business for your plumbing needs.

Fantastic service! We had a really tough driveway drain, constantly clogged and would back up flooding my garage. They jetted it, a couple days later was put to the test with a steady heavy rain and the drain worked perfectly. Thanks so much for prompt response and service. 😊
