called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

I would highly recommend Free Flow Plumbing for jobs big and small. We had a collapsed pipe, which required that our entire bathroom get torn up to replace. Jon, and everyone on the crew, was knowledgeable, professional and very competent. They did a great job from start to finish, while being transparent along the way.

You can't ask for a better plumbing company!! Our situation was odd as we woke up to our toilets not flushing down and sewage coming up in our shower. After some time things resolved but we wanted to make sure there was nothing major happening so I reached out to Mike. He fit us in the same day and gave me a half an hour notice so I had time to get home to meet him. We were lucky that he didn't find any issues and that the clog that we had cleared out on it's own. Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.

Great customer service from Pompeii. So happy my sister recommended them. We called on a Wednesday morning and had two people out that afternoon to provide an estimate for a new, gas hot water tank. Our water tank was installed on Friday and the technician was prompt, courteous and completed the job in a short amount of time. We are very pleased and will definitely call Pompeii for any future heating/cooling needs.

Rene was wonderful. He fixed our drain issue and though he spent a few hours at my house, he was friendly and kind to my family members who were home the entire time . He explained what he was doing and left a solution to put down our sink each month to keep it running smoothly. We would use this service again!
