Best Drain Replacement in Cleveland OH

My experiences (3 total) have all been what anyone should expect looking for service they can trust. That's the cardinal rule for services like this- integrity. I received written copies of the work performed, and they were punctual for sure. While plumbing can be very expensive, I didn't ever have to ask them out to fix their work, and by bundling jobs together, I saved some. I look forward to more positive jobs well done in the future. Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. In a short time my problem was fix at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend Hank Klink Plumbing & his people to anyone.Give them a try ! BILL

Called them to get service from a backed up sewer and they did what no other company would or did do (as we called multiple in the area)- they saved us a couple hundred dollars in a wasted trip. They asked questions about our problem and pinpointed that it was probably a main sewer issue not a household issue and referred us to have our county come and do a free snake drain from the street (we are new home owners and had no idea our county did that). They were right and the issue was from the main sewer, therefore saving us from a costly snaking with no result! Definitely an honest company with a lot of integrity! Would call them for any other plumbing issue I had!

I had water backing up into my basement late on a Friday night. I called Plumbing 911 and although they couldn't send anyone out that night, they promised to send someone first thing in the morning between 7 and 9 am. I received a call at 8 am on the dot from a very polite and knowledgeable plumber named John.

John was able to get to the root (not pun intended) cause of our problem through persistence. He did not want to leave us without a solution. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful as he walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be addressed.

Left my basement cleaner than it was great job!!!

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

Jesse was the most informative professional I have ever worked with. All questions he answered and explained all options. There was no pressure for sales and he was honest about things that were not as bad as they first appeared. That is what allows people to TRUST a company! Wyatt Works is lucky to have Jesse!

My husband called Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing because our kitchen and bathroom drains were backing up. They ran a sewer camera down our main stack in the basement and found some blockages throughout. It appeared to be those flushable wipes causing them so they ran a drain snake to unblock. Their plumber arrived when he said he would, and he was professional the entire time. Lakewood Plumbing was also affordable. We would highly recommend.

Incredibly professional. Timely. There was an issue and the manager came with his son that same night to fix the problem. What couldn't be fixed that night was done well enough to last for the rest of the night and was fixed first thing the next morning. Ike was great. Everyone from start to finish was wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.

Working with Mayer was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Kevin and Gino installed a sump system in my home. They did a fantastic job and set me up with the best system possible system for my house. They were thorough, clean, quick, and professional. The guys were very prompt and did a great job. Cleaned out my pipes very quickly. They helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Hopefully I don't need it to soon now.
