I purchased an under the counter reverse osmosis water filtration system for my kitchen sink and thought it would be simple enough to install on my own. The fittings started leaking after only 3 days and I was afraid of breaking something if I tried to tighten them more. I called Strongsville Plumbing Company based on their good reviews and they sent a plumber out to our house that day. He was able to install the water filter properly with some better quality plumbing hardware and it's been more than two weeks now and it hasn't leaked so I am happy with the repairs. I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

It was a bit more than I expected, but they were totally upfront about pricing and provided me with multiple options regarding the work I was having done. The quality of work and service was way beyond what I have had to deal with in the past. Their warranty on the work done speaks for itself.

This company came out and told me I would need work done that I actually didn’t need. I shared the details with a friend who told me to get a second opinion because the information sounded inaccurate. I had two more plumbing companies that came out and low and behold both companies advised I was I’ll advised. $1400 to replace a sink. They couldn’t believe it. When I reached back out to North East he backpedaled and said “he might need to merge my drains”. If this is a might how did you quote me $1400? You came to my house and looked and still didn’t know what you needed to do. He then went on to say $1400 is standard price for replacing a sink and if we couldn’t afford it good luck! Companies like this try to get over on women and when confronted its now an affordability issue. No I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

I give two stars instead of one because the tech that came out was great. I have a sanitary drain in the basement floor that likely needs replaced as it has either collapsed or has a significant clog. The drain needed to be scoped with a video snake to confirm the work that needs to be done, which is totally fine and understandable. The tech came out and did just that and let me know the drain needs replaced. I was told that I would get a call with a formal quote.

Never got a call, after a few days I called them, never heard back. Called again a few days later, was told I would be contacted that evening, never heard back. All I got was a text with somebody's name. Texted and called that number, never heard back. Several days later, I got a text asking what this was in regards to as if I hadn't followed up a half dozen times - at that point I said don't bother.

I never leave reviews, and normally I would brush this off, but they charged me for the scope and then just blew me off.

First interaction was May 18th, I tried to work with them up until June 4th before throwing in the towel.

The only thing that was done promptly was them cashing my $300 check for the video scope.

The commercial states $79 for camera inspection for sewer line. Then when you call you are told there would be a $89 service call in addition they say in the commercial don't get rootered. They are the ones advertising fraudulent sales tactics. Do not trust a company that lies to you before even meeting you. Very shady!!!!

I can not believe this commercial is still on I just saw it again. I wish I had the money to take them to court for taking advantage of people that are going thru a very painful time. Basement flooding not only is very expensive to deal with but it is the history of family photos that is the most heartbreaking. They are gone forever 😢

Shaker Heights Plumbing came out to hook up our new dishwasher, and the water line for our new refrigerator. They arrived when they said they would, and their plumber was very courteous, and professional. Their service was a very affordable price as well. I would recommend using this company.

They did call my dad instead of me as requested. There is not supposed to be a fee. So I hope that they take care of him. If they do I will use them in the future
