... I will offer you $225 refund and that would be contingent on you signing a document...final offer.....my attorney refuses to allow us to be extorted especially when we have picutures (sic) sign authorization documents etx to back up our work n charge agreed upon AHEAD OF TIME
I am only doing this as one time courtesy to you in sake of local customer service as I live there as well ..

An update on a previous post:
It is always a pleasure to do business with companies that have integrity. Unfortunately Strongsville Plumbing is not one of those companies. After having reached an agreement in December, Strongsville Plumbing has opted to breach their contract. If you are looking for a company that honors their word, go elsewhere.

Dan took the time to explain how the footer drain system functioned and then did a great job snaking it clear!

Thomas replaced our old leaking toilet quickly and efficiently, advising us in advance of potential complications due to the age of our system. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. We woke up on Christmas Day to a busted pipe behind our washing machine on our second floor which leaked to the first floor and basement. I was lucky to find this company online and within a couple of hours, Brian was out trying to locate the problem. He quickly found the problem and shut off the water to the pipes supplying the washing machine. Luckily we were able to then go on our trip to Disneyworld the next day. We returned on a Saturday and Brian came back on Monday to finish the job which allowed us to use our washing machine without any problems. We then decided to assure that the same problem would not happen again and Brian came out to our house with a couple of days and further insulated the pipe as well as fix some other minor plumbing issues, some of it free of charge.

I would highly recommend this company and Brian to others. They are courteous, professional, and quick to help.

I recently had a flood in my basement from heavy rain. Justin L. came out to give me an assessment. He was very professional from the very beginning to when he left. He was very thorough and gave me repair options. I really appreciate his attention to detail and honesty. I’m certainly using this company for all my plumbing needs!

Awesome work and workers cleaned up everything very neatly......would highly recommend to a friend! We have tried to get them to come back 3 times now to explain the cleanout valve since 8 months ago and no one has showed up it's not very good customer service
