Best Drain Installation in Cleveland OH

My experiences (3 total) have all been what anyone should expect looking for service they can trust. That's the cardinal rule for services like this- integrity. I received written copies of the work performed, and they were punctual for sure. While plumbing can be very expensive, I didn't ever have to ask them out to fix their work, and by bundling jobs together, I saved some. I look forward to more positive jobs well done in the future. Dennis was very professional and personable. He called a 1/2 hr before scheduled window and showed up at the time he confirmed over the phone. Start to finish he was up front and there were no hidden costs. Job was done within an hour after he arrived and Boom! Showers again! And the price was reasonable. Thanks Dennis and Plumbing 911. Definitely, will recommend and use again if needed!

This was the best customer service i’ve ever had. The Tech quickly assess the problem made recommendations and unclog the toilet so me and my family could flush it. Also they were here within an hour. Highly highly recommend.

Left my basement cleaner than it was great job!!!

The drain in the basement was backing up and I called 1st Choice on a Monday morning. Dan called within a couple of hours. He then came out the same day and fixed the problem!! I'm very pleased. Dan was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything before and after.

This company refused to provide a quote over the phone. However, they produced a standardized price complete with a task number and boilerplate description within minutes of walking through the door. Subsequently, I was charged $500 for a 50 minute installation of a single faucet which did not require the use of specialized tools or additional materials. I will never use this company again.

When no other plumber was available to take my call, Plumb Nation was there. They greeted me with friendly and competent service.

When my home warranty company told me the work was not covered, Plumb Nation went over and beyond to help me dispute the claim and get a fair resolution.

They did all this on the same day I called. Great service, great people.

All about making the most money out of you. Super easy job and he charged me an arm and a leg. NEVER will call this man again.

Had a major leak in the main water valve. Was able to work me in before the afternoon. Work was done professionally and quickly. Will use their services again.
