We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

We called Five Star Plumbing on Saturday morning. They said they would be there between 1:30 and 2:00 and were right on time. Kamran went right to work, figured out what was wrong with our water heater within a few minutes and made the repair on the spot. I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

I used this company a few times for issues with my sink and they were nice and got the job done so decided to use them again when my toilet handle broke.. Justin came and was in and out in the matter of 5 minutes they replaced my toilet handle with a $10 not even toilet handle and I got the invoice and it was almost $200 . I honestly could not believe it , had I not been in a rush I would’ve called the company for an explanation. I really wish he disclosed the price with me before he started working because had I known it was $200 for a 5 min job of putting a $10 toilet handle on I would’ve said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I previously recommended this company but after what happened absolutely not and will never be using them again. I was 100% scammed and was told by 2 other plumbers after they completely scammed me.
