On December 11, 2021, Jared and Alex arrived to my home for a clogged septic system which caused water to come up from our foundation drain in our basement. We received great service from them and will definitely use H Jack's for any service needed in the future.

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, Kamran was on time & extremely pleasant to work with. This was also one of the few plumbers that was willing to give a free quote. His pricing was extremely fair & he charged about half of what I was quoted from other companies. So if you want honest, fair & reliable - call Kamran.

Editing to add - Unfortunately I had another plumbing issue (unrelated to our last repair....being a home owner is so fun) & Kamran was there to save the day. He had me scheduled within 24 hours & the problem serviced/repaired within 48 hours. Did I mention how reasonable his pricing is, too? He works quickly & efficiently & even cleans up too! And this may be a small detail that others don't care about, but when I texted him about my issue, he remembered who I was and referred to me by name. Just that little personal touch goes a long way. Forever a customer.

Would recommend Invisible Excavations. They can handle small jobs like jetting a line and camera. But if your job gets bigger they can find the specific area to dig and repair a collapsed pipe. In case your job is still bigger, they can line pipes with a liner complete with warranty. Ally is great about communicating. I would recommend.

I am actually writing this review for my mother-in-law who lives in Strongsville. We bought her a new dishwasher, and she needed it installed, so we called Strongsville Plumbing after getting a referral from her neighbor. They came out right away, and installed it rather quickly. Their plumber was very professional, and he even gave my mother-in-law a senior discount on top of his already great price. Dealing with this plumbing company was a very pleasant experience, and she was extremely happy. We would definitely recommend using them.

We had an old domestic water system that developed a leak. Brian Johnson and Nick Diodore were able to come out the same day as reported and repair the leak and remove the old system. What a relief!
