Best Drain And Sewer in Cleveland OH

Welcome to homeownership! We just bought our first home in North Canton and we were only here 5 days when $h!t hit the fan. Literally. We have had so many people in and out of this house for the last week with the HJACKS crew being a majority of them. Everyone has been really nice but the communication could use some work. Every time we have called to discuss our schedules with someone from the main office, none of our messages seem to get relayed to the team and we never know if or when they are going to show up. Today, the crew from Cleveland showed up (without our knowledge) BUT they weren’t at fault. We want to shout out to the team from Cleveland!! Ben and his crew came out today to dig up our front yard and replace the sewer lines. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They noticed some errors that were done previously and called to have someone correct it. We had some pretty big shrubs in the way that unfortunately had to be removed. But they handled it perfectly and helped us with a little landscaping! They made sure to clean everything up when they were finished and even hosed down our driveway! These guys are great and we would definitely use them again in the future, if needed. No offense but we hope we don’t have to! Haha Thanks again guys! Appreciate you more then you know!

We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Shane was kind, courteous, and professional. He politely listened to our problem, he then proceeded to clear the clog. We are very pleased.

Strongsville Plumbing Company just replaced my 10 yr old water heater that finally broke down. They gave me an excellent deal on a 6yr warranty high efficiency tank, and the complete install. They did the job the same day I called, and were a pleasure to work with. Very professional plumber, courteous, and the customer service was top notch all the way through. I would highly recommend using them.

Dan came out, quoted me a price, and spent quite a bit of time on my property - much longer than I think he was planning to due to no fault of his - the job was just left for too long and proved to be bigger than expected. He was professional and kind, he took me along through the entire process and showed me what he was finding and explained what he was seeing, and I learned a great deal from him. I've called Wyattworks for plumbing service twice now, and wish I had found them sooner. Both times, the service people were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The process of setting up service appointments is also outstanding, with the option to receive texts.Pricing is given plainly and upfront. When calling skilled service people to your home for work, you do need to expect a certain level of expense. I believe the quality of work that Wyattworks has done for me is properly in line with their current pricing.I will continue to call Wyattworks for future plumbing needs as long as the quality and service remains. I have no reason to believe that it won't.

Called on a Sunday after my 2 year old nephew put a toy down my toilet. Domenick was over within 15 minutes and quickly fixed our bathroom. He is very professional and friendly! Will definitely be using him again in the future!

I used North Ohio Sewer & Drain for a sewer inspection, and will definitely be using them again. They were very responsive and professional. The plumber, Mike, was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything to me.
