Steve, arrived early and replaced our air filter. He identified a capacitor that was below spec but still working OK. He wore shoe covers and took about 45 minutes to complete the preventative inspection. I would definitely like to have Steve return if there was ever a problem with the HVAC.

They were here in a couple hours and very responsive! The leak was fixed in under an hour!!

Fast and Prompt service. Backed up Drain flooding into house was just about to do me in. Thankyou for the quick repair!

We went into their office yesterday, someone came out today. They were very courteous and respectful. Price was reasonable so we had them install it right then. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue. We had two other plumbing places who never called back, but Meyer Plumbing is very reliable.

I will say the work the completed was clean and timely. The issue I have with Killeen is their business practices/customer services. Two main issues I ran into with Killeen for our Sewer Separation.

1. I requested multiple times that they advise me once they had me on the schedule with a date to which they replied they would let me know as soon as they had a date. This consisted of them calling me the morning of telling me they were on their way. If they had called and said, We had some last minute opening and was wondering if you would be ok with us coming out today that would have been a different story but to just call and tell me they were on their way given the previous conversations was frustrating.
2. This was the bigger issue to me. Our signed contract had verbiage stating that our quote included dirt haul away. When my wife came home on lunch one of their workers asked her if she wanted to dirt removed from out driveway and when she said yes he advised her it would be $200 a truckload to remove the dirt. When my wife told me this I sent the contract back to them via email that same day with the specific line stating dirt haul away was included in the contract highlighted and advised them we would not be paying extra for something that was in our contract. Killeen never replied and then sent me an invoice for $400 more than our contract with the line stating Dirt Haul Away PER owners request. I then had to call and tell them that we would not be paying this and explain what I had already in an email from days before. They advised they would look into this and call me right back. Never called back and just sent an invoice over for the originally agreed amount. Trying to build in a greater margin on something that was included in the contract by asking my wife if she wanted the dirt out of the driver way and then citing on an adjusted invoice that the extra amount was per my wife's request. Dishonest and wrong. Unfortunate experience from a customer service standpoint.

We called Pompeii's in the morning, and they had a service member at our house within 2 hours. Adam took the time to go over everything with my husband. He did not find anything clogging our pipes, so he suggested we call out city to have them look. After having our city and county come out over the next few days, they referred us back to a plumber to clear a clogged pipe that was hooked into our main pipe. Adam was back at our house the next day, and for no additional charge, he cleaned out our clog, and gave us tips to prevent the backup from happening in the future. He was very informative, respectful, and polite. They worked with us on pricing, and we now have a dependable plumbing company we can call if we need one in the future.

Our plumbers are undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and skilled service personnel we've ever encountered. They are a great asset to this company. The job is nicely done!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work that both Derek and Dustin provided. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to family and friends.

Josh was great. He fixed two toilets in our very old Shaker house. He came on time. Diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly and at a reasonable price. And was really nice and friendly two.

One star is to much, I had an emergency call to them on june 28th recommended by Broadview heating because they were to busy. My mothers water heater was leaking so I needed someone right a way. I call them and What a mistake. Russ F. came (at 2:09 pm I have photo to prove it) in decided that water heater was rusted out at the bottom, so here is step by step what Russ F and younger Russ did.
1) gave me estimate for water heater 40 gallons $1188 with installation
2) $251 for Thermal Expansion tank
3) $69 for service call
4) for new handles to turn water and gas on and off, cutting some pipes to be able to put in a new tank since it is larger in size, etc
5) total estimate for $1764.15 after 5% discount because my mom is 80 years old.
So they are doing work took old tank out, and I ask Russ F again what the problem was, he said, that it must be something inside the tank that broke to deep inside to tell what but the insulation was all wet so it had to be on the inside . Sounded fishy but I counted on them to do the job and felt I didn't have a choice at this point.
So the put new tank in, new handles, etc, Young Russ solder the pipe to cold water, turned water on and pipe busted open, Russ F. blamed it on him and called him his apprentice, assured me that he fixed the pipe himself and promised it will keep together. that was about 5pm.
Russ F is filling the tank with water and I asked if we can complete the payment while we wait. So he tells me that I have to pay another $391 for another part installation because the water pressure is to high in the house at 120 psi and we have to install water pressure regulator to take it down to 100 or better yet to 80 psi. I said how come? He said that this is well known problem in Garfield hts that the water pressure is too high and that this is a city code to have this fixed. I said we don't have any more money to do this and I would like to settle the bill, he said OK, but Russ F said i can't give you warranty for any of this work because it won't be up to code for City of Garfield Hts. I said why did he wait 4 hours to let me know and didn't put this in estimate, he said that he didn't know the pressure was this high in this house. I confronted him and said to him you just told me that this is Garfield Hts city code and it is a known problem, why did you trick me like this?, he said well I can't give you the warranty until we install the water pressure regulator. I asked him to give me at least partial warranty for the work that they did, but he said, not until he installs the part.
They trick me, were dishonest and to think that this company would charge over $2000 for water heater installation. Their website is bragging about discounts for residential water heater installation, summer specials, how good they are, but they are nothing, nothing good about them. They know I am upset, so I expected at least a call from them. So now I am stuck calling another company to fix what they failed to complete. What happens if my mom is in the basement doing laundry and the pipes bust open again? can't even call them to fix it because they refused a warranty for the work they do. I did my part and paid them.

Our hot water heater bit the dust late in the evening and we had to wait to call someone until the next morning. Madison Plumbing was recommended by a colleague so I gave them a call. Someone answered right away and were able to get to our home that same day. Did a quick assessment. They were even incredibly accommodating to mine and my husband's crazy work schedules and came back at an agreed upon time based on our availability. Overall, the fix took about an hour and now we are back up and running. So helpful and happy to support a local business!
