Though I did not use the company, I never will! I live in a duplex and they are working on an issue at my neighbor's and have literally dumped bucketsof raw seweage into both our yards.

Edit: after a call, they did attempt to clean up and put new grass seeds so i appreciate that but it should not have happened to begin with.

This company is honest, and professional. Dependable and always on time. I highly recommend their services.

I had an emergency situation with a leak in my ceiling and my co-worker referred them. Jason came to fix the problem and he was excellent!! He not only fixed the problem, but he also educated me about how the problem occurred and what I can do for maintenance in the future. I came home from work well after business hours to discover that my water output was backing up in the basement drain. I called North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC completely expecting to leave a message with the hope of receiving a call back in the morning. Well, to my surprise, the call was answered! Mike and another employee were addressing the problem within the hour and the problem was quickly solved. They were fast to respond, friendly and affordable. I will definitely be calling North Ohio Sewer & Drain for all future problems and plumbing needs!

We had Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing install a new bathroom sink, toilet, shower head, and faucets. Their plumber was prompt, and courteous. The upgraded bathroom looks great, he did a nice job all the way around. The cost was good, and I would recommend their services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. I would highly recommend Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain to anyone who is in need of plumbing services and won’t hesitate to call him first if we were to have issues in the future! I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.
Very happy with my service and will call if I ever need plumbing assistance again.

Drew spent a lot of time trying to figure out some plumbing issues we have due to the city's very high water pressure spikes.

After having several issues with our basement, we were able to have Killeen come out and snake/scope our lines. There were places where the pvc pipes going out to the drain were either completely packed with mud, or massive fibrous roots blocking them.

Cory, with his crew, came out, tore out our deck (which we were replacing anyways), trenched, dug, and replaced the old with new. There was a section of old pipe that was about 20 feet long that would also need attention soon. He suggested we have that replaced before putting in a new deck, which we agreed.

It was 90+ degrees both days, but the crew worked fast, hard and did it right. The guys were super nice, and we would definitely have Killeen back out.

The only true drawback was the scheduling. But they still get 5 stars!

The guys were very prompt and did a great job. Cleaned out my pipes very quickly. They helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Hopefully I don't need it to soon now.

Axis did an instant hot water replacement/installation for us and we could not possibly be happier with everything from start to finish. This company and especially their field employees are top top notch. We are very very happy...nice job to all!!!
