Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night. I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

Excellent blizzard

Mike and his crew did a total replacement of our storm drain connection to the city storm drain system. Even though it was pouring rain, he continued on and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Very pleased with his work and the price was very reasonable.

Called on a Sunday morning. Answered questions and arranged for service. Their guy was super nice and extremely informative. Outstanding service and very reasonably priced considering it's a weekend. Will definitely call again if ever needed.

When my basement was flooding threw my floor drain they got here in a hurry.

Horrible customer service

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.

Recently had Mayer plumbing install a new outside water spigot. Jason was my installer. He was very professional. He was on time, courteous, and quick on the install. I would definitely recommend Mayer plumbing.

They were able to come out the same day and fix the leak we had under our sink. Excellent work for a very fair price, I would recommend using them.

I had a faucet that needed to be replaced so I called them out for a quote. They quoted $200 for the faucet (material only) and $600 for the labor. I was in a pinch so I agreed, I took the guy an hour and a half for the install. I felt violated afterwards. On top of that, a few days later, the faucet they installed started leaking from the flex line below. I tightened it myself just because I wanted the job done….I know I agreed to the price, but come on Mark….
