Best Water Line Repair in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Matthias was an excellent service man. He informed me when he would arrive. He explained what he would be doing. He wore a mask and shoe covers while he was here. He explained what he did and how the furnace was functioning currently. I am very pleased with Matthias and Schneller and Knochelmann P, H & AC.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

He came here after a major drain line had broke in our basement forcing us to close. He immediately started coordinating with Dry Effect to get the mess cleaned so he could get in and fix the problem. As soon as he could get in there, he knocked the job out quickly and done it right so that we should never have that issue again. He understood it was an emergency for our business and treated as such. The price was more than fair even considering the emergency nature of the call. Paul performed a routine winter check of our heating system. I was given an advance telephone call by the home office the morning of the scheduled service that Paul was on his way and that he was about 45 minutes out I also received an email that morning with Paul’s picture advising me that he would be performing the routine service. Paul arrived on time, introduced himself and and then, before entering the house, put on a clean pair of shoe coverings. He then explained the scope of work he would be performing and how long it was expected to take. The total time for the system check was approximately half an hour. I was very pleased with his work.
