Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Bradley was absolutely amazing. Explained the process thoroughly told me everything that he was doing and why he was doing it and made quick work of my issue. He was very professional. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. I tried this service for the first time as they have UNBELIEVABLE reviews on Google. How does ANY company have 467+ reviews that are all rated 5.0. It makes me wonder if they post anything under 5.0. I'll know if this ever shows up. They were available the same day I called, were courteous prompt and replaced the leaking faucet spout to my washer in 30 minutes. That was the good, the bad is the cost. This repair cost $345. I asked the technician why so high, he said the parts are expensive. I checked at Lowes and the parts in total were under $30 at best. Paying $345 for a service call with $30 in parts and 30 minutes work is ridiculous. If you have an emergency, they are very responsive, but be prepared to pay out the nose.

From start to finish, the professionalism and knowledge was top notch. Plumb Tite was the fourth and final company we called regarding a water softener system for our home. They came recommend and I would recommend. Dustin explained our options and answered my myriad of questions. While I did have to sweep the area after installation, the work area was otherwise cleaned up and neat.

They did the job they came to do fine but then before he left he said that he would check my pressure. He told me it was a bit low and asked if I wanted him to fix it. I ask what it would cost and he told $159. So I told him to go ahead and fix. Then when he asked for payment it was $259. I asked why it was $100 more and he said for his time. I said it did not even take an hour to fix and he said, yes you're right it will only be $90 for my time.

I told him that I asked the price up front and he did not mention that the $159 did not include his time as I would not have had the pressure changed if I knew it was going to be over $250! So I called to explain to the office manager who sent me an invoice that was higher than the $90. She said I knew that it was going to be more because they sent me a price sheet last week and it was actually $120 on top of the $159. (even thought the worker told me $90. I did not know how long it was going to take and why I asked the price upfront. She did not make me pay the additional money and they did the job so I am giving them 2 stars but she was not nice about it and I would not use them again.

Rusty Goins and Jay came in and unclogged my sewer line from my basement to the street. I sat there with them as they showed me the video of where my drain line was obstructed -what was obstructing it. They showed me all the different types of sewer line from concrete to clay to iron so it was an informational day I learned a lot and I was given some good options. My cost was not as high as it was expected because of what they didn’t have to do which was a relief. All they had to do was push the remaining sediment and they weren’t forced to charge me for the services they thought they might have to do. I appreciate the help and future direction given with my sewer lines.

Adam was very easy to work with. He was able to come check out our boiler the same day that we had called for an appointment. He listened to our concerns and was able to get us an appointment the same day with a certified tech who understood all about boilers. Adam talked to us about a new boiler if and when we may need one. It was a pleasure to work with another member of the Schneller Knochelmann company.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
