Best Water Line Installation in Cincinnati OH

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

We came back from vacation on a Sunday evening to find our a/c not working. Schneller & Knockelmann came out the next day. Our tech Colin knew right away what was wrong and checked everything over to confirm then gave us our options. He was very nice and explained things well enough for me to relay the info to my husband so that we could decide to get an estimate to replace. They had someone come out the same day for the estimate and didn’t charge extra. I would definitely recommend this company.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Our main sewer line had been clogged and backing up through the floor drain in the basement. They came out and ran 100 ft auger through the line and pulled out a 24” or so long bundle of roots that was about 3” in diameter. Needless to say it is clear now. The techs were courteous and prompt and did not leave a mess behind. Would recommend this company and will use them again in the future***UPDATE***We did use them again. They came out and replaced a few feet of the main sewer line because a big tree root was getting in at the transition from cast iron to clay. The crew was professional and it was HOT today. T&G was the least expensive of all the companies we quoted but because of the service they provide, it was an east choice. Will definitely call them again

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
