Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Adam was very good at making sure my heating system was clean and working at its best. He was also very helpful and kind. I'd recommend both the company and Adam for anyone who needs heating or a/c service. Great job, Adam!!Caleb handled my annual a/c tuneup this year and did a great job! He recommended a vent cleaning and Schneller Knochelmann offer a discounted rate. I will use them if I decide to have it done. I have been very satisfied with the quality of work and the knowledgeable technicians who have worked on my a/c over the years. I have a maintenance agreement that is worth every penny! Great company, excellent service from Caleb, would recommend both to anyone.Zach came to do an annual a/c tune-up that I have with Schneller & Knochelmann. I found out that there was a leak in my coils and all the refrigerant leaked out and repairs would need to be made. Zach contacted the a/c parts place and found that my unit was still under warranty and so I wouldn't have to pay for the replacement coil. Without him making that call, my bill would have been significantly higher. Zach was extremely professional while making the repairs which took nearly all day, even to the point of mopping my basement floor where the repairmen had brought in a little bit of mud. That is what I call customer service!! I would recommend this company and Zach in particular if you have any heating or a/c problems. Thanks Zack!!!

Quality Comfort repaired our AC compressor; we trust them over and over to not price gouge us and give us an honest answer on our problem/issues with our AC.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
