Had to call them two different times in one day due to a mistake I made trying to fix my leaky shower myself and breaking a pipe in the wall. Both times they got to my house quicker than I expected, and Brad and Dillon were incredibly professional and kind, and were super patient with my small kids too! They fixed my mistakes quickly, and gave me honest quotes for what a couple different permanent repairs would cost. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

We had a technician out and we thought our clog was cleared but 2 days later the issue started happening again. We called the office and they said they would send out another technician at no cost as part of the $93 or free that is advertised. We were lucky enough to get Josh as our technician. He was amazing! He assessed the situation from top to bottom and came to the conclusion that the clog was likely coming from another source. He got everything cleaned out and working and set up a camera inspection to confirm a suspected break in the line before arrange for work to be done so we know for sure what need repaired. He took the time to explain things very thoroughly and made sure to know when the time for repairs come we should have several options with different pricing to try to fit our budget. Thomas and Galbraith(and Josh) are really the best!!!

Rajesh was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Just like the last guy from Roto-Rooter. So far only good experiences with them!

We had a backed up toilet that sent sewage in our finished basement. Neyer plumbing sent someone out within a hour. Will and he coworker were a life savers. They were able to get it unclogged and also found the problem. They were really knowledgeable and answered every question I had and walked me through everything they did. Thank you!

At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
