I paid $100 today for a plumber to come give an estimate to replace a tub faucet, shower faucet, and fix a sink drain plug. Work I've had done in my last home for around $150-200. The plumber they sent was kind and professional, but quoted me $1500. When I said that was insane, he offered 15% off if I join their maintenance plan. Absolutely not. Complete waste of $100 to get a quote that outrageous. They can make money hand over fist like that without ever picking up a tool. No thank you.Update to add: PATTERSON PLUMBING came and did the job in about an hour for about $250. The plumber was fantastic and laughed out loud when I told him the price Thomas and Galbraith quoted me. He was a real gem. Moral of the story: call PATTERSON PLUMBING, don't waste your money even getting a quote from T&G.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

We just used Quality Comfort last weekend when our heater was erroring out and cold air was coming out the vents on the coldest day yet this winter. Our technician, Jason, came and was above and beyond professional, friendly, and helpful. He explained everything in detail and got us up and running perfectly in no time. He even diagnosed PVC leaks near the heater and instructed me on how I could fix it myself for little cost instead of spending a lot having him or someone else do it. He came back Wednesday for maintenance as we signed up for the 1 year during his first visit. After he was done, we upgraded to the 3 year. He also checked for the PVC leaks to be sure I got it set. Definitely the company to trust with your HVAC. He even helped me understand and explore many cool features my thermostat has that I didn't know of all this time! I feel my home is much more taken care of with Quality Comfort and especially our technician Jason on the job.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
