She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! We called Neyer plumbing to troubleshoot a suspected clogged exterior drain-line from our gutter downspout and sump pump. Within a couple of hours Rusty arrived with all the right tools and found roots and other debris in the line. He was able to clear the line and provide great feedback to prevent further issues down the road. He was quick, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
