Best Sewer Line Repair in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Pete Knochelmann was and is a consummate professional, he spent time explaining how and why he made his recommendations. He went above and beyond what was merely necessary, making suggestions and offering information about how I could improve performance of the system and reduce expenses using my own DIY abilities.Honestly, I know know that I should have gotten multiple quotes before making the decision to purchase, but Pete's service, expertise, and personality won me over to the point that I did not want to call anyone else!

Over the past couple of years, they fixed a main sewer line under my house, repaired pipes, installed toilets and changed out kitchen and bath faucets. They responded with fast service, reliable and courteous skilled employees and fair prices. They even send an email with the picture and bio of the technician coming to do the work. I have used other big name companies in the past, but Nieman Plumbing will always get my business from now on!

Jerry was fantastic. He was very clear about what was wrong and up front with everything he was going to do. I highly recommend him.

Phil did a good job fixing some pipes that another contractor had not done properly and he got my bathroom sink unclogged. Then I had him give me a bid on my third-floor bathroom replacing possibly the toilet and the sink. Next day a man called Mike left a message and asked me to call him back. He was going over the details of the bid for 3rd floor. It was going to be $3300! So naturally I had questions on exactly what they would do for that price. He cut me off and said “I listened to you, now you listen to me!” He was so rude and after he got done I still had the same questions. He continued to be curt and I told him I was going to get off the phone because he was upsetting me. I can’t believe after I spent over $800 that he could be so curt.

Speedy response! I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house within an hour. They removed water that was backed up in my basement floor drain and found the debris clogged in my storm drain. I called at 7am and they were finished by 9am. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Jeremy went above and beyond! He performed the maintenance and also took care of something which was relatively unrelated to the A/C. He left for a few moments to get parts that he needed and returned to fix what we had asked about. Thank you so much, Jeremy!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
