Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Our ac is becoming unreliable and both the ac and furnace are extremely old. Adam did a great job of explaining our options for replacing them. He is very knowledgeable and explained things well so that I could easily understand. I felt that Adam wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive products. He genuinely cared about helping us find products that would do the job, but are also affordable. We have used Schneller and Knochelmann before and we continue to be very impressed and happy with their service.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The Gentlemen, Zach and Chuck were very helpful in explaining things to me so I could understand what needed to be done in fixing my plumbing problem. Needing to find a new plumber, I decided to try Tarvin Plumbing based on their having received prior positive feedback. Needing a new hot water heater, installation was prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, passed county inspection, and their recommendation to install a tank different from interest, led to significant cost savings. Company claims they are a 24 hour service. Called and they had no one available. Should not advertise what they can't or won't do. 1st experience was great and that is why i called back to have them fix another issue. Will tell everyone i know they are NOT a 24 hr service. BBB will be contacted.

Chris Hinkle arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Unfortunately I need to invest in a new heat pump. He was very helpful and set up an appt. For tomorrow. I have met Chris on a chech up last year. . Thanks to all the team at Schneller and Knochelmann. .

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
