Woke up this morning to a dead hot water heater. Due to our past positive experience with Schneller & Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air, I didn't hesitate to give them a call. Within hours they were at our house and quickly diagnosed the problem. A new water heater was what we wanted and after a dash back to their shop they returned with a new one. Our main shut-off valve inside the house was not in great condition so I requested that be changed out while the water was off and they were already here anyway.As always, the job was completed promptly, correctly and at the exact price they quoted before starting. A great company with knowledgeable employees that are always courteous and respectful. They stand behind their work and their products.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Joe came outside of normal hours and was here fast. He was very professional and courteous. Helped us fix our plumbing issue along with recommending how to fix another issue. We would highly recommend using them!

Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!

I will never use anyone else. Another company wanted to charge me 5x the amount they did and wound up failing. You all picked up their slack in a HUGE way and took my problems away. I can’t thank you enough for the help and peace of mind.

Initially service person came out to diagnose the problem with kitchen faucet, which he did quickly. Needed a new faucet replacement. The appointment for the replacement was scheduled for Friday, though the repairman had extra time on Wednesday, and installed the new faucet 2 days ahead of schedule. All works great. Work was done very well.

My plumber Jason was awesome. Yes he showed up on time and was very respectful of our house. I would expect those things from a plumber with the reputation that neyer has.

What set Jason apart in my mind was that he was very patient and took his time and explained to me everything that was going on, step by step then gave me options. It's just what I needed to hear. We were stressed because of this issue but in the end having someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and just a good guy made a difficult situation more manageable.
